Please help me understand what it means if....

Person A has
a Part of Fortune in Leo 18 degrees
and
Person B has
a Moon in Leo 19 degrees

What does this synastry conjunction between (Part of Fortune and the Moon in Leo) mean??????

Also I have another question....

What does it mean for a relationship when

Person A's
Natal Part of fortune is in Leo
And...
Person B's
Progressed Part of fortune in Leo


Person A's
Progressed Part of fortune in Libra
And...
Person B's
Natal Part of fortune is in Libra

So Person A's Natal Part of Fortune is conjunct Person B's Progressed Part of fortune in Leo

And Person A's Progressed Part of Fortune is conjunct Person B's Natal Part of fortune in Libra
