Does this aspect also go for 'asian' men who are into amazonian women? I'm basing this assumption by my own caucasian disposition.I don't understand the racial perspective here. Isn't defining someone as 'asian' a bit of a generalisation? S_T IP: Logged |

I guess that Mars in Virgo makes a person feel attracted to someone cute, small, thin, with manners, shy, girlish, devoted (imagine a Virgo girl).. Mar in Pisces might be similiar.. ^_^;IP: Logged |

Umm, isn't attraction factor for males venus or the moon anyways? Like I think it would be venus in virgo...mot mars. Because again, my guy has mars in virgo and I am short but most certainly not petite. However, he has venus in libra. (attraction to more curvy gals ) I keep forgetting what kind of girls moon in pisces might like though (physically that is).IP: Logged |

I think in terms of attraction, men tend to use Mars and women Venus. Mars desires while Venus attracts, lol I don't know. That was quite an observation eatbooks.IP: Logged |

Actually, its the other way around. Mars is what a woman finds attractive in a man, venus is what a guy finds attractive in a girl (ie. a woman with mars in aries likes the athletic type while a guy with venus in cancer likes curvy women).IP: Logged |

Hehe, it's funny being on this end. I know plenty of guys who are into Asian chicks... simply because... ta-da, they are also Asian. I understand what you are trying to say though. On that previous note... what aspects might indicate such a deep-rootedness in one's own culture that they would make the native hesitate to date 'outside'? Going further... what might cause total xenophobia? IP: Logged |

Hmm. The two non-Asian guys I know who like Asian women have Gem Mars and Scorp Mars respectively. One is in a long term relationship with one; the other is marriaged to one. My current interest has a Libra Mars. He likes causacians (like me) and blacks/Africans. IP: Logged |

what about the opposite end of the spectrum? my bro has strong sag influence which is supposed to be interested in other cultures. he has always dated women from other cultures (i.e. asian, afro-american, native-american)-he has never-to my knowledge, been with a caucasian woman. maybe just person preference. i wouldn't know what would drive the motive astrologically.IP: Logged |

Interesting inquiry teaoloigst. Taurus is known for not liking to venture outside its comfort zone, but I don't know if that applies to ethnicity. IP: Logged |

Tea - Here's the chart of my ex-finacee. This could be a thread of it's own, dissecting this guy's chart. Among his several "flaws" he was very homophogic and was very uncomfortable around people who weren't white. He never made a rascist remark around me, but he did seem scared of them, esp. blacks. He does have Taurean influence from his ASC and 2nd house. Don't know if that's why he was so "uptight" but it might have been a factor. His 12H Saturn in Taurus was likely a factor too. IP: Logged |

My bf is Portuguese while I'm from Macau.. I have 1/4 Portuguese blood thought.. ^_^; (my grandpa is Portuguese).. I guess it's a matter of likings and culture..IP: Logged |

I've read that Taurus is very snobbish. It's said to be obsessed with breeding & lineage.IP: Logged |

My ex could be quite snobbish. Normally he came across as this meek and mild Cancer, but he had a tendency to be condenscending and judgemental. He was Mormon, and would whine about how Mormons were "persecuted" by mainstream America. And then he turn around criticize other religions, especially Catholicism (and I'm Catholic), as though they weren't as good as his church. And that wasn't just with religion. At lot things he would criticize as not being "good enough." He was incredibly insecure and defensive - to the point it was neurologic (and he had a cross-dressing fetish that went along with that). The guy had no sense of adventure and resisted trying anything new. I guess that's why he feared people who were different. I couldn't even talk to him about my life and my interest if it went outsidee his comfort zone. He had this incredibly narrow view of me - only the few bits and pieces he approved of. We had many fights over this. He wasn't at all spontaneous either, except when there was an opportunity to "trade up" to something he preferred. He expected me to do all the work in the relationship, including make it fun for him. I had to be the one who made all the sacrifices. He was just this awful parasite of a person. The only reason I have for getting involved with him was that he had pretty brown eyes and a nice boyish smile and I was SEVERELY depressed at the time. I don't think you can blame that all on his Cacner/4H influences. The Taurus/2H is quite strong in his chart too. I feel queasy now thinking this much about him. I need to go hit something now. At least Japan is 100% Virgo. China is considered as Libra. IP: Logged |

I guss it all depends on each person.. ^_^; I'm a bit picky with what I wear but coz I need to wear what identifies me (so I can feel at myself and comfortable).. I definely like adventure, even if I'm insecure in new places.. XD I'm a bit slow at absorbing new stuffs, but I feel the need to learn and constantly challenge my own thought structures.. I'm kinda tolerant with other people's differences, as I find that each person has their interesting ways of being.. what's the fun of denying this and only accepting people that are the same of us anyways? ^_^IP: Logged |

Oops, my bad then quote: I'm no expert, but, Virgo is the sign of purity & innocence. At least Japan is 100% Virgo.
Omg, so that's why Japan's the way it is... On another note - I know that my sister's bf has Mars in Scorpio, but I don't think it has to do with the fact that she's Asian. They just like each other. IP: Logged |
