I have a quick question:

What aspects ( I believe that's what you call them) are true about a person when you gather their astro chart without a birth time? You have the date of birth and the city but no birth time.

I think the their moon would be the same no matter what time in the day they were born, right?

But what else?

The time of birth dictates primarily the persons rising sign -->AKA: The Ascendant
The planets in "such and such" sign should all be spot on regardless, as most stay in place for long periods of time.
You will however need a persons time of birth for the most accurate reading of houses, ect.
Hope that this has been of help to you?

On the other hand you could try guessing the rising sign based on physical traits and the impression you get from a person, and thus get an idea about the houses and such

They're moon wouldn't be @ same degree no matter what because it moves very fast during the course of the day. And sometimes there are days when the sign changes.

Thats true, because if I was born during the day I wouldn't have a Moon in Cancer, time is important to know the Moon sign, and of course the Ascendant(I'd have a Scorpio Ascendant if I was born in the afternoon) .

------------------
Sun in Libra
Moon in Cancer
Jupiter in Cancer
Venus in Virgo
Mars in Cancer
Ascendant in Cancer

I "FEEL" therefor I am

Oh, okay, thanks! It does help, yourfriendinspirit!

I noticed that no matter what time I put in, he always comes up with a Taurus moon.

Also, I see that the time of 12p, more so fits him. But at 12p, he has nothing in his 5th and 7th house, and he's so consumed with finding love. So, I don't know how that should play out.

Hmmm.....

Thanks all, though, you've helped tremendously.
