I think they might be symbolizing an "end" but maybe just in your life, not of the world. At least I think that's what it amounted to for me. Mine is Gemini, and in my chart that puts Aries on the 12th house cusp. The 12th house deals with dreams to a certain extent, so I sometimes dream of war (Aries) myself. seveneieghtorange unregistered	posted January 23, 2007 01:06 AM Yes Ive had dream of nuclear distruction too, not lately but maybe about 4-5 months ago, 3 nights in a row. I read somewhere that there will be a comet that will hit Earth this year...it wont do a lot of damage but the report said it will get everyone to "open their eyes" about what is happenin to the earth so we will all change for the better and stop trying to kill one another. AG I also wanna ask u more about the 12th house and dreams... because for some reason I am always dreaming of wars and violence, guns and fighting and basically just morbid brutality. Like I would always dream that I was a soldier in war or in a mafia and we would do drive bys. Its weird though, even if how much I dream of violence, I never dream of blood or guts spilling out of the bodies. Just a lot of gunplay, punching, beating up people etc. I have my AScendant in Cancer. IP: Logged

Motherkonfessor unregistered	posted January 23, 2007 01:35 AM For a period of about 8 years, i had dreams of "the end" pretty much constantly.... in one i was driving on the highway to my hometown... cresting the hill, the entire plain was a smoking, blackened mess..twisted metal, with cars off the road everywhere... in the dream i thought.."well, i came back to see if any of my family survived. i fulfilled my obligation." another~ all i remember is standing next to a raggedy bus in the middle of a desolate sandy plain... there was no vegetation, no life anywhere. A tall cadaverous man stood by my, dressed like some Mad Max Thunderdome shaman. He handed me a staff with crow feathers sticking off the top of it... and told me they (people on the bus) were now my responsibilty. Then he disappeared. In other, I was flying a spacecraft defending the earth in some intergalactic war. That dream was kicka$$!! I have had many many others... these just stand out. come to think of- maybe I should ask Ra about these? MK IP: Logged

I've dreampt that I've been in a big aircraft hanger in the desert with bombs falling in the form of giant ball bearings, which never exploded, which we collected for our forces for reuse. That one ended with a ground assault on us. I ran into a room filled with racks of clothes, and my last thought was whether I should simply hide and hope not to be found, or charge the guy that was after me, and see if I came out on top. I have a ton of dreams that involve being on ships. The last war one did actually have some blood shed, and that wasn't cool. Recently when I was having trouble sleeping, Jwhop pointed out that Saturn in Leo was squaring my Mars in Scorpio. Mars rules Aries, which is on my 12th house cusp as I said previously. I say that to point out that it could be a transit to the planet that rules your 12th. So if you Cancer Ascendants have Gemini on the cusp of your 12th house. It could be something like Mars (planet of war) transiting your Mercury (ruler of Gemini) in some way. IP: Logged

I don't suffocate though. I just kind of sink, sink, sink into the abyss. Natural111 unregistered	posted January 23, 2007 01:59 PM I normally can tell when I have dream that comes from my subconscious mind, and when I've had A DREAM. Because I wake up feeling quite disturbed, right away. But I'm not sure if that's because it's dug so deep within in me. Like the one I had about the Scorp. I actually came to this apartment he lived in. And he was all decked down out in jewelry and fine clothing. And he was seeing this older woman who, bought it for him. And when I asked if he would choose me over her, he just looked at me with that same pitiful look he always gave me. Like, not yes, and not, no, just deal with it and don't forget me. That sort of thing. And he put this cologne on, and headed out, like he was sort sad for me that he had to go. And I woke up feeling a deep pain. That was like 3 years ago. Get this... He later was involved with an older woman that took/takes care of him! Buys his clothes and cologne. And gives him a place to live! Yeah... I know, pathetic that I even want someone like that. But I dreamt it. And it's funny cause when I told him about my dream, he got that STUPID GRIN on his face, again. He knew it was true when I told him. I discovered it was true later. So, I don't know. I think sometimes hints come to us in dreams, but I do know that 95% of my dreams are the subconscious. Probably 98%. IP: Logged

LOL Some buddies and I used to (about 10 years ago sigh) play Rifts though (a post apocalyptic RPG) and one of my best buds at that time had a thing for Wolvarine. IP: Logged
