william unregistered	posted January 22, 2007 01:51 PM i use a equal house system measured from the midheaven.and i also believe that the power of a house begins a least 10 degress before the cusp.i treat them cusp more like center of the house rather thaty the beginning.there was a book by a french astrologer written in the 60's.he checked the placement of planet in house according to classic interpretation.want he found was ,for instance with military men,that classic interpretation said they should have mars or saturn in the 10th house.he found statistically that they tended to have mars or saturn in the late 9th house instead of the 10th.except for the ascendant and midheaven,house cusps are very subjective based on the system you choose. william IP: Logged
