I have lots of Uranus squares/opps to personal planets within my relationships, seems almost everyone of them in fact. I do have a very tight Uranus/Venus opposition in my natal chart, which conjuncts my Asc/Des, so I completely relate with your thoughts on the need for sudden change, breakthroughs, excitement, etc.

Makes for some highly electric unions I will say. Seems too that the moment things get "stable" (translation: predictable) I'm looking for a way out, or at least a way to liven things up. I would think too that it results in short-lived, although passionate, connections at least with the personal planets.
