What aspects would show a serious kleptomaniac? TIA!

Kleptomania is triggered by profound psychological or emotional insecurity/anxiety that's "sated" by the impulsive acquiring of stuff. I haven't a clue what BML would have to do with that, but you might want to start by looking at the 8th and its ruler. Look for earth influence, since earth is comforted by material things.

I'd look to uranus too for the reason Gemini Nymph stated above the impulsive(uranus) need to steal stuff.

Kleptomaniacs cannot resist impulses to steal items that are not needed or sought for personal use or monetary value. Kleptomania should be distinguished from shoplifting as it has nothing to do with it. It is an obsessive-compulsive disorder so I guess apart from Neptune and BML, Mercury and Uranus should also be examined.

I think a weird combo of Mercury/Uranus going with some Neptune(hard aspected)would mabe cause kleptomania. Even Mars/Uranus combination both planets being in fire, because it would cause someone to be impulsive in there actions, hence the kleptomania.
