Since you have most of your planets focused on the bottom left of your chart, you use what you know about yourself to focus on your inner world. This can make you "self-absorbed". Since you have Saturn (duty, also restriction) conjunct (energy is combined with) Mars (being, also action), you feel restricted in your ability to take actions. Since this conjunction occurs in the 12th house (a "hidden house"), the source of this restriction is hidden from you and you may feel frustrated without knowing why. With North node (future goals) focused in the 9th house (expansion, also wisdom), you eventually need to focus on learning and developing your knowledge.
