I mean, an employer could say to you "While you are qualified fo this job on paper, I personally do not feel you are suited for our company" but it's another case if they said "You're a Leo - we don't hire Leos." It's would be like saying to someone "You have red hair - we don't hire red heads." By law, such criteria in most cases are seen has having nothing to with your job performence, and so an employer cannot use that for or against hiring you. IP: Logged
