I was just wondering- Is there anyone here who have had BAD experiences with people who have their Sun in the same sign as your Moon? I'm just curious, because my Moon is in Scorpio and I have formed the strongest relationships and friendships in the past (and present) with people who have either their Sun in Scorpio, or strong Scorpio placements/energy. My boyfriend has a Cancer moon, and his 2 closest friends both have Cancer suns.

Just wondering if anyone has had any bad experiences with this? I get along EXTREMELY well with strong Scorpio influenced people, especially women... But I've noticed for some people, it goes either way... you either love or hate them, as seems to be the case with your opposite sign, too.

i have sun in sag and moon in aries

my brother has sun in aries

we have such a love/hate relationship - although both of us as a team is unbeatable, amongst one another, he thinks i'm too rigid and i think he is too flamboyant so there is a sort of balance as a whole but hell, individually. i would do anything i could for him, if i could but i don't think he feels the same way - again, some sort of balance there

distance makes the heart grow fonder, closeness makes us want to kill one another

one time, he made me so angry - i told him that if he weren't my brother, and he ever approached me, i would spit in his face

My mom is on the cusp of Scorpio/Sagittarius. She says she's a Sagittarius, and acts like a Sag (I experience her as a Scorpio). If she's right then she'd be the only one I've ever had problems with.

I also have Moon Sq Saturn, 0 deg Orb.

Me: Gemini/Sagittarius/Virgo

Yeah, i usually have the best relationships with Scorpio Suns/Moons/ASCs...but unfortunately, I don't meet that many who have them. I'm a Scorpio moon by the way with strong pultonic influence.

Absolutely. My moon falls under Leo and I gotta tell ya its a blast being around other Leos. We just feed off each other's vibrant explosive energy Lol! (Not to mention cracking all those Alpha Male jokes.)

My moon sign happens to be in opposition to my sun sign, so I definately have love/hate feelings with people of my moon sign, Aquarius. There have been a couple that come to mind immediately who I was repulsed by from the moment I met them, and then there's my best girlfriend since we were 9 who is an Aquarius with a Leo moon. (it was her bday on Tuesday, I still owe her dinner )...Love/hate with her sometimes too, but the ratio between the two is ridiculously lopsided on the love and understanding side.

How dumb am I? I forgot to mention that my sweetie of 10 years has a Leo moon, and I'm a Leo sun, so there's another hit on the good side.

I think you will conclude from this thread that sun/moon conjunctions are excellent aspects for long term, enjoyable relationships but maybe probably only 85% of the time. (which is actually pretty good)

Leo and Leo partnerships are usually one of the most vibrant and wonderful ones. they just need to know that the other partner will have bouts of Ego expression Lol!

Depends. I have a very strong reaction to people who have their sun in Scorpio. I either love them or hate them. Some of my close friends are Scorpios but I usually don't get along with women too well. About 2 of my enemies are Scorpio Cancer women (both shocking eh). But i have a Scorpio female friend who I adore. Its odd. Mostly get along with Scorpio guys though

Sun- Gemini
Moon- Scorpio
Asc- Libra

Yeah, I have a virgo moon and my mom is a virgo. We are so much alike in many ways.

I also knew a chick who was a virgo sun/cancer moon (I'm a cancer/virgo) and we always had the same outlook on things...it was a bit strange but cool at the same time. I really liked the convos I had with her.

I find most virgos to be mad funny with all the sarcasm and plus, they keep it real.

I had a neighbor that was a cancer mooner (with libra sun) but he was mean . He was nice, at first, when I moved to the state (from NYC). But after a month, it all changed. Throughout elementary school he was such a jerk-off to me....but he was also such a crybaby (hahahahaha). He had no tolerance for pain whatsoever. It was funny for me to watch...only because he was mean. (Had he been nice, I would've felt bad).

Ditto....I'm a Virgo sun/Scorpio moon and I used to be close friends with a girl who was a Scorpio sun/Virgo moon...our suns conjunct each other's moon by close degree, too- a double whammy....and we were always finishing each other's sentences. We just understood each other. Unfortunately, we're not really friends anymore...maybe we were too alike.

HI BlueEyes24, I also have a moon in Scorpio, Cancer sun.
For some reason I dont have a lot of Scorpios in my life. My first ever-love was a Scorpio with a Cancer moon (yep, we had double conjunctions!). even his other placements fit mine...like his Mercury was in scorpio conjunct my moon and my Mercury in cancer conjunct his moon...well, you get the idea. My best friend, whom I've known her since I was 8 is a Scorpio, with a Capricorn moon opposite my sun. I love her and she's so no BS but thats the beautiful thing about her...she will never lie to me and she will never sugar-coat anything for me. She scares me sometimes, if Im bein honest!
My other best friend who is living in Turkey also has a Scorpio moon and is a Pisces sun. She and I clicked immediately and she is basically my ride-or-die chick, hehe. Love her to pieces, I tell everything to her, even things that I cant bring to say to my Scorpio best friend. She totally accepts me for who I am, is my partner in crime in everything.
Another one would be my cousin, a Sag sun with scorpio moon. i was close to him way before, maybe 2 years ago but not so much anymore...
other than that, I hardly have any other people in my life that have strong Scorpio placements. For some reason I come across Aquarius and Sagittarius people especially at work....

Pisces moon/Scorp sun.

I dated a Scorp sun once. Not sure what the rest of his chart held, but he was too into smoking the "glass". I tried dating a Gem sun/Pisces moon and that was full of physical, verbal and mental abuse. Then there was the Sag sun/Aqua moon. He's the one I was so in love with. I spoiled and pampered his @ss. He was my best friend and lover, but that ended terribly. Too much alcohol, drugs and abuse. I could never figure out what his Asc was. It was either Cancer or Gemini. He acted like both, too.
Now I'm with a very sweet, gentle and loving Leo sun/Pisces moon. Though there are no sparks or burning fires within.
But I had years of drug and alcohol addiction, so I'm not sure if any of those previous relationships can be "judged" accurately. Who knows how those relationships would have went if we both had been clean and sober?

I can say that yes I have had bad experiences with people whose Sun is my Moon, unfortunately! I just can't seem to get along with Taurus Suns. I dated one and he was very very abusive and controlling. I almost dated another but he wound up showing this really creepy side so I ran off. I tried making friends with some at my college and they just seem to get skeeved out by my presence for whatever reason. I now live with a Taurus who is dating a Taurus who tends to be here a lot, and I really like one of them, but god forbid I don't do what she thinks I should (even stupid little things like wearing more layers outside in the cold).

I think what it might be, is that I have very very strong planets in Scorpio, which opposes Taurus.

All Pisces sun people I've knowingly met, I have terrific rapport with, they usually like the calm and peaceful side of life, that's not to say they can't be fiery and active, but when it's just me and them, one on one, it's usually a peaceful restive moment with little to no need for words.

I have one Pisces sun brother, Virgo moon/Gem rising, he's charming and so peaceful to be around, all our other siblings (4 others) think he's crazy nuts and has no off button, (he is the youngest of 6 mind you) I've never come across this side of him, lol, and I'm the eldest, so you'd figure I'd have seen it by now....*shrugs* Obviously a subjective view.

I generally get along with Leo Suns for the most part. Especially the males. My good friend has a Leo Ascendant, Merc, and Venus and I've always had a chip on my shoulder about her. Always. My Dad has a Leo Moon and we but heads constantly (hes the opposite sign however, Taurus)...we both use our emotional displays against one another and theyre generally the same so....stalemates galore....I dont usually get along with people with 1st house Suns. Superficially yea, but....they make me uneasy for some reason.

I get along with Aquarius better...

My Moon is in Virgo at the 29th degree.

I'm a Capricorn Sun, so it would make sense that I get along with fellow Earth Suns.

I can't say that I have love or hate relationships with Virgos, though. Nor can I say that about Libras (my Moon is on Libra's cusp). My experience thus far is that I like them for the most part, and that's about it. I think it would take me knowing that a person's placement actually conjuncts my Moon in order for me to say whether I feel anything extreme for them.

I have Sun/Moon in Aries, and I've met some few people who has Moon in Aries.. They have been somehow special, but it's always ending up messed lol.. T_T But their Aries Moon falls into my Aries stellium (Sun/Moon/Venus/Mercury), and also into my 8th house.. so it's always kinda deep..

for me its neutral, some good, some not-so... the thing that ive noticed more is encountering/relating to women who have their venus in the same sign as my sun -- ugh! haha i ALWAYS feel that they are more feminine than i am - always. and so ive noticed this [or maybe im paranoid] with some women who have their sun the same as my venus....theres an undertone of competition.
