I've begun reading about singletons recently and have encountered some conflicting information. At Bob Mark's site, he said that a planet can be a singleton if it is the only one in the different house types (angular, succedent, cadent). However, other sites have said, with regards to house types, that singletons are limited to social, personal houses etcetera, which I take to mean that they can only be singletons if they are isolated in quadrants or hemispheres. Is a planet a singleton if it's in the fourth house and there are no planets in the 1st, 7th, and 10th houses? Thanks in advance.IP: Logged |

Ah...nevermind. I found my answer. :/But on another note, how does the energy of the singleton differ based on the aspect that makes the planet a singleton? I have two singletons as far as I know, a single Fire Neptune (6th house), and a single 4th house Pluto in Libra. Can I interpret each of these as all encompassing planetary energies or is there an emphasis on the element or house where it is located. Do these colour your whole chart? Any responses are appreciated. IP: Logged | |
