No, I dont understand sesquiquadrates too well. However, your Chiron in 27.05 Cancer has this Sabian Symbol:
"An Indian Girl Introduces Her White Lover To Her Assembled Tribe."
You may have some interracial marriage issues in this present life or or having some impusles of this from the past life which have cuased you wounds that need and will get healed.
Also, as per my current knowledge 11th House is ruled by Libra/Venus and is the house of love affairs, not just friends. Also, you asked about your Karma:

neptune,I'm going to take a crack at this: Karma trine Pluto probably means that your past-life karma/what you're bound to undergo, is tied to transformative experiences that you have, and vice versa, and luckily for you, this is an easy aspect meaning those experiences won't be painful. The houses/signs that these bodies are in will reveal more about the nature of this aspect, and where it is likely to play out. Perhaps Iqhunk can correct me if i'm wrong or elaborate further.
