Oh, you really have many very strong aspects, and few that are not so strong because one planet goes from the aspect, not into it (for example Moon Uranus, Moon Venus) that brings less strong meaning (it is my opinion).

Just few comments.
Mars, the ruler of your Ascendant is on Descendant - you could have very strong, maybe too strong position in your marriage (you are Sagittarius/Aries ) and maybe your work could be related to other people.
In fact, you have dual nature - two different persons in you - one is dreamy, tender and extremelly sensitive and the other is impulsive, egocentric, too much active. Try not to be a hypocrite.

Your Venus, ruler of the house of marriage in exact conjunction with Uranus in 7th house - a suddenly relationship (or marriage) with a foreigner or maybe many short and unusual relationships in a foreign country or with foreigners. Just to add.
You will have nice transit of Jupiter over your Venus this year that can bring a love, money, traveling to e foreign country.... Also, you already had a pluto transit over your Venus last year - a strong, fatal connection...
