Personally, I think that t-squares involving personal planets are easier to deal and work out than those involving the outer planets..

About the other aspects.. His Mars opposed to your Venus, and your Mars "trine" his Venus (not exactly trine, but your Mars is in Libra and his Venus is in Aquarius..) it seems to create nice attraction.. Mercury quincunx to each other, so it might create some difficulties in communication..

Btw, aspects between personal planets can tell about our personal things (like tastes, self-expressions, emotions, personal beliefs), while outer planets seems to be about our backgrounds, general beliefs, ideals and culture (can also tell about society influences).. so aspects between personal planets can tell about 2 people's affinity, while aspects between outer planets can tell 2 people's backgrounds and cultural compatibility. And aspects between inner (personal) and outer planets between 2 people can tell the compatibility between a person's personal stuffs (values and etc.) with another person's general stuffs (culture and etc.)..

Well, to analyze compatibility between 2 people, normally we can look at each birth chart separately first to see their potential attitudes in love. Then we take a look at synastry, to see the potential of how both can react to each other (then we can compare the info we get from the birth charts with these synastry aspects, as to determine if these aspects are really positive for him/her - coz for example, some squares might seem exciting and rewarding for some, while others might not be happy with the same aspects). And then lastly, we can take a look at the composite, to see the potential of the relationship's nature itself..
There's also a particular thing, that is to make 2 more synastry charts, with each person's birthday chart and the composite itself. That should show how each person reacts to the relationship itself.
But well, in this case I'm going to look at the synastry and composite only. ^_^;

Synastry:
One thing I noticed that is you both have some t-squares in your bday charts, that justifies why there are so many in this syanstry chart.. In my opinion, both of each other's personal problems might be a source of problem in this relationship, and also, the other people might activate/worsen (activate if the planet squares the other 2, and worsen if the planet is joining a t-square that already exists in other's bday chart) each other's problems by having one or more planets joining/completing the t-squares. You both have to learn to overcome them and also how to adjust to each other.
There are actually lotsa t-squares involving Neptune, which can bring lotsa disappointments, illusions and confusions if you both don't keep it realistic and allow yourselves to idealize and dream a bit too much. There are also times that you need some adjustment to understand each other.. He might be the one who is more confused/confusing.

About some of the aspects.. Sun/Moon conjunction can bring a very understanding about the Moon's emotions, and the Moon can just be in tune with the Sun as well.. Normally, the Moon can make the Sun person more expressive. His Sun opposing your Mercury makes his ego expression in a bit in conflict with your reasoning and way of communication.. Oppositions can be complementary and attractive to each other, but you have to try to balance and learn with each other. With his Mercury opposed to your Moon, his reasoning and your emotions are also in conflict sometimes.. You might find him reasoning too much while you might be more emotional.. He might be a bit too critizing over your emotional stuffs.. Mercury quincunx Mercury, it makes your ways of communication really different and hard to be understood sometimes, as it seems that it doesn't have anything in common in your thoughts. Also, with your Saturn square his Moon, he might feel that you can be emotionally restricting and distant.. he might think that you care more for your work or other stuffs than him.
With your Venus trine his Sun (aww Scorpio and Pisces ^_^ ), theres a really nice and comfortable feeling between you, and you feel good with each other.. Also his Mars opposed to your Venus, it creates a great sexual attraction.. but also can lead to some jealousy and possessiveness, and Mars can be more aggressive while Venus over sensitive (and with the Mars-Pluto-Venus t-square, this probably can be worsening).
There are some hard aspects involving the personal and outer planets of both.. I dunno well about it, but in my opinion, it might make you both feel that it's somehow hard to share a life together.. >_<; As I said before, challenging aspects between personal planets is much easier to deal than with the outer planets.. just think about the cultural/background/common beliefs/seriousness about life and responsabilities/ideals incompatibility..

About the planets in the houses.. His Sun and Mercury falling into your 12th house, so it seems that he can be kinda in tune with your inner and unconscious (but well it depends on how these planets are aspected). His Moon falling into your 6th house makes him feel the need of servicing and nurturing you.. Also, his Venus falling into your 11th house, it gives you the feeling of friendship.. Mars falling into your 1st house, you can somehow understand his passions and actions.
With your Sun, Mercury and Mars falling into his 9th house, you seem to have a strong influence about his beliefs and visions..
With your Moon in his 8th house, your emotions are very intense to him.. And lastly, with your Venus in his 11th house, he also feels a sense of friendship love..

But remember, planets placements in the houses can give a good or bad affection, depending on how these planets are aspected (either in synastry or natal).

It seems that there are lotsa adjustments needed, and you both have to learn more about each other's differences, and be more compassionate with each other's personal problems (as you both has some t-squares in your natal charts).. But you both can learn a lot with each other with patience, devotion and love.. just stay realistic and if you can learn about it, it can be actually strengthen your relationship bond and be really rewarding. ^_^

Composite:
With Sun, Venus and Neptune in the 11th house, it seems that there's a very platonic, affectionate and comfortable friendship feeling in this relationship.. Uranus in 11th house might bring something unsual here.. maybe you feel that you both share an unsual friendship? But Saturn is also in this house, so it might limit all these feelings a bit.. but maybe it's good for not letting Neptune to make it too idealizing.
With Moon in 7th house, feelings are very important, and sometimes it can be too important that it makes things a bit difficult to see clearly.. but sharing your feelings is very important.
Mars is sextile with Moon, which brings very passionate emotions..
But Moon is square with Mercury, Saturn, Uranus and Sun.. It can make the communication and emotional understanding limited and difficult to deal with.. There are needs of adjustment.
In resume, it seems that there might be lack of understanding and affinity, specially the emotional level, and there might be some conflicts and competitive feelings.. >_<;

Well guess I'm stopping here.. I couldn't analyze and write better today, as I'm a bit tired after university works.. T_T But I hope that it could help a bit..
There are others that are far more skilled than me in LL, and I'm still not very good about it.. ^_^;
