Topic: "Crossed" paths...?

I already wrote a bit about this in another post, but I got no feedback, so I would like to give it another try.
Months ago, I met someone and well, I am in contact with this person, but I hardly know him. During the latest weeks, he has helped and comforted me a lot, even when he hardly knows me.
Yesterday he asked me if I thought we could be friends, and he told me something very touching, very moving. He said he was very happy that "our paths had crossed".
When I met him, the very first moment I saw him, I got the feeling he would be an important person in my life (I don't mean in a romantic way), but I thought it was a crazy thought.

Thank you for your comment. I don't know, it is just the feeling I got when I met him (he is sharing a flat with one of my best friends), and it is strange, because right now we only chat with each other from time to time, we live in different countries, etc.
Oh, another question! Why does it seems that I usually seem to be drawn to foreign people? Is that because my moon is in Sagitarius?
I just try to understand myself better.

Hi DreamyB ~ Ok correct me if i'm wrong... gonna go with my intuition.
So you maybe met this guy on line. You may be going through some tough 'cleansings' (or as I like to call them 'pre-tests') in preparation for your Saturn return which will take place in your 7th house of relationships a bit later this year. You are feeling...different...out of sorts... and need comfort. Your Higher Self attracted one who would give you comfort. Perhaps you have hope that the friendship could be more in time.
Your Moon is exactly conjunct his Neptune. He may be able to intuitively tune into your moods and comfort you by doing so. But his Mercury, which is also his chart ruler, is exactly square your Moon (and his Neptune). This could sometimes lead to misunderstanding on your end of what he is really saying. You need to look at the intentions behind what he is saying rather than what words are actually coming out.
Your Mars opposite his Moon/Pluto conjunction. He may want you to make certain commitments (like asking you to be friends when IMHO it's not necessary to ask someone to be your friend you just are or are not) as a way to exert some form of control over you. He may not even be conscious of this and probably dosen't mean anything negative towards you. He is probably almost always emotionally in control of himself. This might make you a bit defensive. I have read the this opposition can 'arouse both parties instinctual passions' so they need to be mindful of co-dependency.

Hexxie, sorry to disappoint you, but I didn't meet him online!! One of my best friends moved abroad and he is one of her flatmates, I met him when I visited her months ago.
I don't think I want him to be more than friends, basically because right now I feel kind of hurt, and I don't feel as if I can trust anybody now... that is why I am being cautious...
About the "to be friends" question, he exactly asked me "Do you think we could be friends?", he said he knew the question was silly, that he knew that we had known each other for a little time. My impression is that he doesn't trust easily, that he doesn't consider everybody a friend, etc.
For me, friendship is VERY important, so maybe it is the same thing for him, but I don't know him enough to tell. Time will tell us...IP: Logged |

becca,Yes, having Sagittarius (expansion, also foreign) modifying Moon (home, also unconscious) indicates an "unconscious" interest in foreigners. Now I am a bit worried, because last time I talked to this boy, he was feeling quite sad, and I didn't know what to say really to make him feel better, although he said he was "touched" by the fact I was caring 
Don't you feel sometimes words are not enough to comfort/cheer up someone?

About that person, I would say: I don't like his Mercury, the ruler of his Ascendant Gemini in 11th house (friendship) square with Neptune (Illusion) in 7th!!
Just what happened to you: a question whether you want to be his friend?

About my words about that person: His ruler Mercury is in bad aspect with Neptune - it is a big self-deception. In fact he doesn't have real sense who is who in his life and what is someone's place.

Sorry I haven't been able to post before but I have had some hectic weeks, and today, the time has been changed and my body is "feeling" it. I feel so tired... I guess because I slept one hour less..I would try to answer/comment some of the things you mentioned, ok? But I must say that I feel quite sleepy

Thank you so much for your words, I guess I feel flattered, maybe even embarrassed. People around me always say I am too humble... I don't know. I guess I don't feel so "unique", so unusual, or whatever you want to call it.
Anyway, all my life I have felt odd, different from the rest, I don't know why. It is more in the negative way, so I guess that is where my loneliness feeling comes from...
I would like to really know what I will do with my life, because for example, I don't really like my current job at all. Sometimes I have thought about running my own business, but you new money, and very good and brilliant idea...which I don't have.
Yes, I have strong beliefs, ethics, a great sense of justice, I don't like when people treat other people bad or take advantage of them, humillate them, etc.
Sometimes I have felt as if I am a little sponge. I "catch" everybody's felings, moods, etc. Sometimes it is useful to understand people and help them, to feel you are in their shoes, etc, but some others, it is not nice at all... "Venus in Pisces is really great - so romantic. You do know to love, better say to fall in love."
I do think I am very romantic, althought I don't think people can see that from outside, it is something I try to keep inside. I wish I could find the right person to show this part of myself, but it seems very difficult. Sometimes I wonder where he is, if that person exists, if that person is also looking for me. I know, all this sounds stupid, but it is the way I feel it many times.
Sometimes I wonder if I will be able to realise it is him, the person I have been waiting. sometimes I wonder how it will be, the "meeting", you know, the way he will look physically, etc. Again, I know, it is stupid.

As a wise man said once, I only know I know nothing. Yes, I like learning new things, exchange thoughts, ideas, etc.
I wish Jupiter brought me that beautiful honest partner, but as I have mentioned above, I really doubt it I would need a gentle guy with whom I could talk about everything, to share everything, with a great sense of honesty and ethics, loyal and faithful, and I think that is very difficult. I am glad to hear with you again.
I didn't flatter to you. All what I wrote to you is based on what I really think about your chart.
You are not unique in Uranus' way, but on Neptune' , that is maybe less noticeable. It is easy to understand that you are confused about your career, I think it is because Neptune, but it is your ruler so the meaning of his placement in 10th house has something more special to you. That can be related to humanitarian work too, everything that is connected with Pisces, Neptune...
That about your own possible business - you can't push anything, I think it is important to keep developing your personality, to understand yourself through your relations with others better...
With your Chiron in 2nd house, the sense of self -worth is very important for you to develope. Do you know where are other asteroids in your chart?About finding a man of your life, I do see that you will have happy marriage! Mercury, ruler of your 7th house in nice trine with Jupiter.
