Can someone give me some insight as to why, why, why, WHY I can't let this guy go???? 7 years already!!! I just can't drop it! Is it karmic??? WTH is going on with us??? I have loved other guys since him, but never the same way. This man has been the single most influential, inspirational person of my adult life. WHY???Personal Planets - Me

Cranky,You have DOUBLE Pluto-Venus connections (his Pluto to your Venus, your Venus to his Pluto) since Pluto is the energy of control and Venus is the energy of relationships, each person tries to stay "in control" of the relationship. At extreme levels this results in STRONG obsession. You also have Neptune-Venus connections. Neptune is the energy of "idealism" so you tend to idealize the relationship you had. It might help to consider that it couldn't POSSIBLY been as "ideal" as you thought it was. And then, consider everyday mentally (through meditation) giving up control of the relationship.
