Cardinal T.Sqaures are good for starting businesses. They might have their own business or take a leadership role. These people are natural self starters. Fixed T.Squares are very focused and if their goals are good ones they will be successful. Saturn squaring the personal planets can drive a person to succeed. People with many Saturn squares are highly disciplined, they are dependable, ambitious, and driven. They set high standards for themselves. It can stem from a feeling of not being good enough, maybe they were told by a parent they were never good enough and would never amount to much in life and this can make them driven to prove themselves and be successful. Pluto aspects to personal planets are attracted to power. They can be ruthless, obsessed and have a single focus ambition.Success - Jupiter and Sagittarius create luck, apparently having Nodes in Angular houses bode well for success (although it hasn't worked for me, I have my nodes in 1st/7th houses) but the angular houses are 1, 4, 7, and 10. If you have your NN in 10th it is your destiny to have a great career. Jupiter in the 10th house is fortunate for career, as is Sagittarius on the tenth house cusp. Squares out of the 10th house are good because that's where they have the tension and energy. This means Planets in the 10th making squares. There can be blockage and delays but hard work pays off. A well aspected Sun, Jupiter or North Node, or South Node in the 10th can make career success flow more easily. The Moon in harmonious aspect to Venus, indicates public love and acceptance because it bodes well for public approval the Moon trine Jupiter works in a similar way. IP: Logged |

I have Mars on the MC in Scorpio Everything I've ever read about this placement says" "Work for yourself" I also have a Capricorn Rising... I am almost 40 and have owned my own business (several) since I was 22. This contradicts and overpowers all my Virgo "behind the scenes" tendancies I don't like to be told what to do.. (Aries Moon) I have always aspired to have a secretary.. not be one ------------------ "Good judgment comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgment" Rita Mae Brown IP: Logged |

Hrrrm… I have some of this stuff and like my job, but I’d still rather be bs’ing than working. Props to anyone who can make a living out of their hobbies!!! You inspire envy!Sun/Merc/Mars in Taurus in 10th Sun conj Aries MC Leo Moon conj Leo ASC Sun/Moon/Saturn T-square in fixed signs on the MC/AC/IC angles Sun/Moon/Pluto T-square Cap on the 6th-house cusp Moon sextile Venus Moon trine Jup/Ura in Sag in 5th ‘Problem’ areas… I have Venus opp Jup/Ura, which is supposed to make me lazy and self-indulgent… feh. I don’t think my 12th-house Moon makes me much of a ppl-person either, so this is another thing that could work to my detriment. I wish I could just freelance and work according to my own schedule off of a laptop while zipping off on a plane far, far away from the office. My best friend dreams of opening her own gourmet restaurant. Sun in Leo in 10th Moon in Taurus in 6th Merc in Virgo in 10th ASC/Mars/Jup conjunction in Scorp in 12th Mars/Jup widely conj Pluto I think the last two are supposed to be excellent aspects for an entrepreneur. ShiningRay,wow! that was so comprehensive and nicley explained! Thanks a ton!!!you have made this thread so informative. just one question that is coming to my mind right now- u said that having SN in the 10th house is good for starting one's own biz but that would also imply that a person's NN is in the 4th house, indicating that the person is destined to focus onto his domestic life..would this be a contradiction then?..
