what does it mean in a chart if your house cusps aren't natural to your AC, for example, i'm Virgo AC and naturally i'm supposed to have 3rd cusp Scorpio and 9th cusp Taurus, but instead i have Leo AC's 3rd and 9th house, 3rd Libra and 9th Aries. So what does this mean for me? How does it enhance my character?
