I know a few who drive me up the wall with that.. it's so easy to say a few words to make someone feel good or smooth over a situation or conversation.. but to actually DO something means so much more.

People who think words mean a lot, superficial people, etc.

There you hit it on the head..I can see this person being superficial all the way..

This always happens to me. People always sell me a dream so to speak. I have noticed people may tell me they are going to treat me with so and so and then they turn it around the last minute and I become the one that takes action.

I often find myself telling people im going to do things for them; however, i try my very best to do it even if it means putting them ahead of me.(even if im hurt deeply) I often put others need above my own and this always causes me to come in last so to speak.

I think this is because it is so easy to place myself in their shoes for I know exactly how it feels.

I think placements of those with this is maybe

those who lack water and earth for
water is sensitive and dont want to hurt
earth doesn't want to look unreliable

I have had libra or strong libra influence do this to me (I wonder why)? I remember reading thar Pisces is a service sign to Libra if I remember correctly.

anyway thats my take on it.

P.S. I have learn't the hard way that one MUST say no too such people!!!

And yes Katipo this person is very inconsiderate and I did nto hold back on telling that person so..Infact I let em have it..

This person has Mars in Taurus in the 6H..Thats a stable aspect. I believe its the Aries Moon and Venus maybe..

...... Well having an Aries Moon I beg to differ. In my million years on this planet I consider myself unusually reliable, consistently the person who people call upon and am never late or failing in my promises....

I think it would be foolhardy to pick one aspect and say yeah that's it. It is undoubtedly a combination of aspects and afflicitons going on with him. I only know 2 people who are like that. One is my brother who has a Taurus stellium with Pisces Moon. And my girlfirend who has a Leo stellium with a bunch of Cancer stuff. Yet my husband has a Leo stellium and is rock solid set a clock to dependable about promises, people and appointment...yet he does have saturn on his Ascendant!!! And I have Saturn trine taurus venus.

I would not rely upon the "Moon" or "Mars" for this one per se. Saturn is about responsibility and maturity. Earth signs can be very solid but also stubborn so it does not necessarily equate to reliable. My Taurus brother is very loyal but if you push him too hard he will never do what he says he is going to do... Water signs do have feelings but can get overwhelmed and utterly elect to avoid any conflict thereby promising everything and fulfilling very little. Air signs can be forgetful and fire signs can speak too soon...so you get what I am saying here.

The issues are varied for Neptune and mercury aspects can itself bring up "lying" which is a shade of saying one thing and doing another...

PS: I have also seen Neptune on the Ascendant create all sorts of havoc with people's ability to follow through!

The keys here seem to be Maturity + Honesty + Initiative + Compassion for Others = RELIABILTY - minus all that = messed up person..
