hmm.. Venus/Moon/Sun conjuntctions or other good aspects between them.. Or Venus/Moon forming good aspects with Mercury can make a person sweet in communicating with others.. ^_^

Aquarians

Aqua people are very friendly, although I have no Aqua in my chart I happen to love them. I do have Uranus, mars, and saturn in 11th if that has anything, i don't know)

Most are just so NON judgemental, i feel i can be myself around them

PassionatePisces, with those 11th house placements, you'd feel an affinity with Aquas because those all those planets in the 11th house, regardless of rulership, give you a very Aquarian flavor

I've heard people say 11th house placements are like a conjunction with an Aqua person's sun in synastry

In my experience, people with Gemini on the Ascendant are extremely personable... and those with a lot of Libra/Sag in their chart.
