I was hoping that one of you could help me out here ... I was searching the internet today trying to find some info on when a person would be considered to be born on a cusp. As per usual, a lot of different opinions came up. And the thing is that all of the pages I looked at only stated a certain period of time, but no orbs. Now, I was wondering if anyone of you guys could give me the answer to that question ... I mean, how many degrees before/after the change of the signs would one be considered to be a cusp person???Thanks in advance!!!! IP: Logged |

I know it's usually a 3 day or so variation either direction,so maybe 3 degrees...just guessing...since there are 30 days in a month and 30 degrees in a sign...------------------ S:Taurus ASC:Gemini M:Scorpio IP: Logged |

Howdy Sag Sun! I have heard that cusps can be interpreted as 3-5 days either way but I think that the general rule is that a cusp is at either 29 degrees in a sign (like me!) or at 0 degrees in the next sign. I guess the vibrations of the adjacent sign would be felt more strongly within that 1 degree gap, (so basically 1 day either way)..... IP: Logged |

Thank you both!!!My Sun is at 2°39' Sagittarius ... The thing is, I have never felt like a "genuine" Sag. I'd say I'm about 60% Sag and 40% Scorpio. I wasn't sure if this could be due to my Sun in the 8th House or if I was a cusp person. Most websites I looked at stated the cusp period to be from Nov. 19 to Nov. 24, while others extended it to Nov. 27. My birthday is on Nov. 25, so I guess I could be considered a cusp person, if only with a slightly weaker influence from Scorpio. IP: Logged |

Plus you have the influence of 9 other planets, asteroids, planets in houses, angles, etc...could be the Scorpio vibe is coming from somewhere else. IP: Logged |
