Topic: I cry a lot.

This is embarassing but why do I cry a lot? I do not have depression. I never cry in front of people but when I have a bad day...I go home and let it out! If someone critized me I cry at home. I see a sad movie I cry like a baby. :-(
I think I am strong because I do let it out and I am fine and go one with my life. I feel like such a wimp sometimes.

With an Aq moon, it's indicative of you rationalizing your emotions and judging them, just feel them, accept them, and let them flow without judging yourself, emotions always change.The problem is not you, the problem is our society that looks down upon crying and showing emotions as weak. Crying is actually a very healthy sign that your soul is speaking to you and a sign of healing. Try to come to appreciate your sensitive nature and see how it can work *for* you instead of looking at it like a crutch that works against you - that's something I have to work on myself everyday (pisces moon.) People need your empathy. It could also be an indication that you absorb emotions from the people around you and some of the things you feel aren't yours.. Maybe that's something you can look into as well. There are books about being highly sensitive that may help.. and another called "Emotional Genius" that could help also. You have a gift. I'm crying a lot as well at the moment, with sheer frustration, as the bloody website designers who I employed to do my site are dragging their heels, I believe, for the sake of it. I feel it's purely deliberate...the site's always *nearly* ready but *not quite* ready. I'm thoroughly p-d off!! IP: Logged |

Well, your moon is in the 1st house . Now if its conjunct your Asc, then that would probably intensify the effects.IP: Logged |

I think its the water in your chart, the Scorpio. Usually scorpios appear very strong, but when distressed, they become higly emotional. I have a cancer moon and I know how that is. I cry when i'm happy, I cry when i'm sad, I cry when i'm frustrated/angry and when i'm feeling thankful. We should compare charts! I would like to see where all of this is coming from.IP: Logged |

Aw hunny me too. Its embarassing, and you're right' it has nothing to do with depression. In my psych class, we watch a video each week and theres always a sad side to them and I get teary eyed. Embarassing, you look around and definitely noone else is lol...Its especially bad if I read something or a movie that is a love story or something sad..I'm instantly moved and teary eyed. My boyfriend thinks its sweet...I want it to stop lol! Cmon, who cries at scenes from an Adam Sandler movie??  FrancescaIP: Logged |

I think its the damn water in my chart too

One would think I am strong by looking at my chart...(Scorpio sun and Acqua moon) but I cry when I am happy too & sad. My dog died last year and I still cry.
But its hard to convince people that I am NOT depressed...I am NOT weak!!!IP: Logged |

sun moon or asc oppositions seem to cry more. i don't have the energy to go into it, but it's what i've observed/good for you. crying is a great release. there would be less stress in my life if i cried more. i feel fantastic after a good cry. IP: Logged |

sun, moon in cancer opposite neptune
(gives the pisces mushiness) 
that's not bad enough, i v got pluto transit opp my sun n moon 
i hav always been the weepy one, of recent though i m dissolving into tears for no reason, so what neon artemis said bout ur soul speaking to u n healing fits with the transit pluto,
i live in india , so crying is not a social taboo, even for men
