My first cousin/best friend has Gem sun/Lib moon, (pisces rising) Libra moons are very lovable, they have GREAT aesthetic taste, EXCELLENT host/esses (maybe that's the Venus in Taurus aspect though?..) are very artistic, though my cousin says what she thinks regardless whether it's hurtful, nasty, kind or whatever, I find that aspect of her personality less than ingratiating.
