OK, here is what he's like:

* Some days he is a very talkative person, literally talking your ear off and keeping the conversation going, while other days he is kind of reserved and quiet.
* When he meets someone for the first time he is very friendly and polite but in a detached kind of way.
* His moods are changeable. One day he can be kind of happy-go-lucky, while the next day he can be rather introverted and reserved, almost building walls around him so that nobody tries to approach him.
* He completely shuts himself off when he has emotional problems (which also seem to affect his health negatively).
* He is very attached to his family and his home country and he loves his siblings to death. He also takes great pride in being actively involved in the business that is run by his family.
* He is very ambitious and dedicated when it comes to his job, hence he overworks on a regular basis. Work and duties come first; pleasure only ranks second (though he actually enjoys going to parties and hanging out with his friends very much).
* He has a passion for science and his life’s ambition is to become a successful scientist one day.
* He is a good cook.
* He loves children.
* He has a good memory and hardly ever forgets things you have told him.
* He is interested in politics and he is a fierce opponent of war.

* He has a weird sense of humour and can be very sarcastic.

Personally, I’m actually tied between Cancer and Aquarius right now ... but like I said, my impression of him changes almost weekly. Up until two weeks ago I thought he could be Gemini or Virgo ... but for a Gemini he is not chatty enough and for a Virgo he is not critical enough and he’s not exactly a very organized person either. But I guess not every Gemini rising has to be super-chatty and not every Virgo risng has to be super-picky. However, Virgo would put Jupiter, Mars and Saturn either in his 1st House and/or close to the Ascendant, which, if I’m not mistaken, would also give him traits of a Sagittarius, Aries and Capricorn. And while I do get some Sagittarius vibes, I just can’t see Aries in him. So maybe it's the three planets in Virgo that give the Virgo vibes...

Aquarius would put his Moon in the 1st House, which would explain the Cancer vibes I’m getting from him. But every description of Aquarius rising I’ve read so far always describes them as eccentric ... and he’s not really eccentric.

Cancer would put his Sun, Mercury and Neptune in the 6th House, which would explain why he is so dedicated to his work. Jupiter and Mars would be in the 3rd House, which would make him more talkative than a Cancer rising normally would be (I assume)
