My friend and I host Wiccan rituals in our area. In the ritual, we have something called Alchemy of the Moon, where we focus on what we want according to not just the moon phase, but what sign the moon is in. Our other friend looks up the aspects for us but often times we find out that she is wrong. I was wondering if there was a site or program that has accurate info on this? And I need to know not just this month, but at least the upcoming year because we plan ahead.

Thanks.

I always have a copy of "the witches almanac" published by this company out of Rhode Island.
http://thewitchesalmanac.com/

This is SUCH a great book! I have had them for the past 5 years... yes, the title may seem cheesy, but its soooo great!

it even gives general weather patterns that, when I have reviewed them after the month, were oddly accurate.

this reminds me... I have to get the new one, and soon! The astrological info is fun too.

Merry Meet~

Blessed Beltane to you.

I wish there was a free almanac online but I guess we'll have to go with that. No biggie. Thanks.

for some reason, everytime i read the "y'all" part on your greeting it cracks me up...of course that's with an awesome southern accent, right? just the way it sounds in my head, makes me giggle. i love it.

Awesome! Could you please tell me what days the moon is in each sign for the upcoming year? Thank you so much.

BTW, we are going to start posting our past rituals for free, if anyone wants to use them.

OK:

keep in mind, I don't have exact times...hold on, I am cross referencing with Llewellyn's magical almanac (just got that today too, whoo hooo!)

Full Moons:

May 2 (right after Beltane, sweet!)
6:09 am, Scorpio, Hare Moon

May 31 Wheeet! blue moon, 2x in one month!!
9:04 pm, Sag, Dyad Moon

June 30
9:49 am , Capricorn, Mead Moon

July 29
8:48pm, Aquarius, Wart Moon

August 28
6:35 am, Pisces, Barley Moon

Sept 26 (Nice, almost full moon for Mabon)
3:45 pm, Aries, Blood Moon

Oct 26 (waning for Samhain, perfect for scrying)
12:51 am, Taurus, Snow Moon

Nov 24
9:30 am, Gemini, Oak Moon

Dec 23 (day after Yule!!)
8:15 pm, Cancer, Wolf Moon

Here's where I don't have times anymore..

Jan 22, Leo, Storm Moon
Feb 20, Virgo, Chaste Moon, AND its an eclipse- let me tell you, my Virgo self is growing wearing of all these eclipses dancing in my sign... and i think its Virgo will be in Saturn at that time. Oh joy. this moon is always called the chaste moon, but the Universe is Not Screwing Around This Year.

That's what I got, up until the end of pisces in 2008. you really should get this book. It totally rocks, and the artwork is very unique- very old school.

yes, I would love to see your rituals- where will you be posting them??

MK

Edited: these times are in EST- i think this is good for you, yes? But still add one hour for daylight savings time.

EST is perfectly fine. The biggest concern is the dates.

I've just uploaded a bunch of our past rituals in our Freebies section http://charmedbystarr.com

I believe there is something for Beltane too. I'll upload it as soon as I get back home from my classes.

Thank you so much for your help, Motherkonfessor!
