Hi folks, for the past 6 months i have been in the 'save money' mode. now i am thinking of investing money, (believe me i never have in my life), earning more money, do i have enough money....well, about money 24 hours. also about being self-dependent totally. if u get what i mean. i am a student, and upto 6 months back had been perfectly satisfied using bus to commute. but now i want to buy a CAR !! problem is, i was under the impression that saturn was still in my first house, so it was 'safe'. but yesterday i suddenly found out tht its almost at the cusp of 2nd house (2 degrees away from it). would this be typical behavior (buying a car) associated with this transit? or is it not such a good idea and i should think of saving money rather than spending it? (but then again it seems like a good investment to me). any ideas on how to deal with it? all u gemini and cancer risings, what was your experience with this transit? p.s. another thing, some friends had borrowed money from me (quite a bit), and they r all suddenly giving it back to me. is saturn being good to me or what ? Whoa, that's strange. Saturn has been going back between my eighth house and the end of my Seventh; its borrowing money that's been on the forefront of my mind (took out my first loan last fall for school).IP: Logged |

Saturn started transiting my 2nd house a while ago, and I was shopping like mad during that period. Now it’s again back in my 1st house and I am calm.

You should definately get more conservative and take a long term view of responsibility with money during this period. But really with Saturn its all about about restructuring and karma. Karma: if youve put in a good show of effort and have taken your financial responsibilities wisely in the past, you reap the rewards. This can also manifest as enduring objects you once possessed in previous lives coming back to you, or the objects and possessions of grandparents. Restructure: If you havent, you must restructure your approach to money and spending. If you resist, Saturn has the authority to impose just enough restriction to make you comply with the restructuring, or if necessary, perform it for you. With the 8th house, the same applies, but more to debt and to giving away, not acquiring and possessing.

that was some very good advice samhain scorpio !! as a capricorn, i very much appreciate it.I have I think not been too extravagant up to now. I have quite a bit of savings. I am looking at owning a car as more independence, for which i am ready to pay the price of some additional responsibility, which earlier used to freak me out. i have done my homework on what buying a car entails, and hope to make a wise decision, and am certainly not 'throwing away' my money. gee, i hope saturn is satisfied with that !! You sound like you have it sorted. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with making a sensible and well considered long term investment during this time! In fact it will have lasting forms of benefit. But rememember a car is often a commitment to a long term unpredictable resource strain too! Just dont go buying any cars during the Mercury retrograde. Thats from around June 14th to July 12th (Im using a couple days to be safe here) or Oct 10th - Nov 4th.Stay in Love with Life because its All in Love with you. Great to be here with you All. Well, Im heavily weighted in the Scorpio department, and I was born on 31 Oct, or Halloween, formerly known as the pagan festival Samhain. It seemed appropriate for writing to you all here.
