First of all, it means the same thing everyone elses does:You are a unique, never to be repeated, embodiment of the infinite and eternally changing universe.
To strip your astrology down to its essence, you need only look at the Sun and the Moon and their aspects. Everything else is detail.
So you are:
Sun in Aquarius square Pluto in Scorpio conjunct North node and 7th house cusp.
(summary: a free spirited, intensely driven, sociable group type, whose life path will be periodically utterly transformed, especially in respect of and through relationships and partners. You must release an aspect of your core identity in this life so that a rebirth can take place of your solar nature.
