Topic: can someone help me with my chart?

Hi, im not sure how to post birth charts up here.. but my details are.. 16th april 1981 @ 10.20am GMT, Oxford England. Ihad a chart done a few years ago and got told my moon is in the fourth house, but iv looked and it appears to me to be in the third.. im confused. Also i dont know what my ruling planet is?! please help me!! Also, are any of you able to help me with some synastry? If so let me know and il give details. Thanks IP: Logged |

Your Ascendant is Cancer, so your chart ruler is the Moon. Based on your Placidus chart, your Moon is in the Fourth House, and it's in Virgo. You also have Intercepted Houses in your chart, with your Fifth and Eleventh Houses containing Scorpio and Taurus, respectively. However, if you were to create your chart according to the Equal House system, your Moon would be in the Third House. This is likely the source of confusion regarding your Moon in Third versus Fourth. Some people like using the Equal House system. I don't like it because it "forces" planets into spots just to make the chart nice and even. In an Equal chart, you also lose Intercepted Houses. If you go to astro.com, you can input your information and see the differences between your chart as Placidus, Koch, and Equal, as well as other less popular types. IP: Logged |
