Can someone tell me the compatibility of someone with Mars in Gemini and someone who has Mars in Virgo.

What about Mercury in Aries with someone who has Merc in Libra?

I'm confused!

------------------
I'm just an Aries who's madly in love with a Virgo.

S: Aries
ASC: Libra
M: Cancer

Hi Babefox:

With Mars in Gemini the mind is quick, and there is a great amount of nervous energy that needs to be directed. Depending on the house placement and other aspects, it can be hard to stick to one path without getting bored. There is a need to meet new challenges head on. Mars in Virgo also gives the person a great amount of nervous energy that needs to be directed. The need to analyse situations before acting. Routine can be important and there is a liking for things to be in order (this can be an 'ordered' mess, but as long as the person knows where everything is than thats okay!). Between the two they can compliment the other by one racing away and the other sorting out the 'pieces' so to speak. If there is no understanding of the other then there will be arguments. This will heighten passion/emotions between 2 people, but up to them to make it positive rather than negative.

With mercury opposing - there will be a common mental link. Again arguments can arise as you won't always 'think' eye to eye. But opposites attract, so again it can be complimenting if the other can appreciate what each is bringing. Generally Merc in Aries gives someone decisive, directive and impuslive thinking. Libra mer: more laid back, taking time to think things through, would prefer to be right then make a mistake.

Hope that helps!!

I'm a Gemini and I love Virgos. They are intellectual, goofy, and fun.

Virgo Ascendents and Virgo Moons also but they are kind of naggy though.

hi ^_^ I have Mercury in Aries, and I've interacted with some people who has Mercury in Libra.. I love their charming way of speaking.. T.T
And I guess that Libra Mercury would find Aries Mercury to be so honest and direct..
They might be opposite, but they are in compatible elements, and if well balanced, they can be complementary. ^_^

I kinda give a big importance about two people's Mercury being at compatible elements, as I noticed that it's much easier to communicate with people of compatible elements rather than others.. For example, I find it easy to talk with some friends with either Air (their way of talking are kinda interesting and charming) or Fire Mercury (it's great fun! actually, my bf and my best friend has Sagittarius and Leo Mercury.. XD ).

Yeah! You bet I am. So excited!

You see my view on this is not so positive because in general I don't like oppositions. There is a belief that opposites attract so even if it's not going to be all well in the end, at least in the beginning there's going to be a spark, interest and excitement due to polarity. But in this case, synastrically our mercuries aren't in opposition aspect. So I'm just afraid that it won't work, like we'll have nothing in common, nothing to talk about etc.. I noticed that the best communication I have is with people whose mercury is in the same element as mine - in fire. And if someone's mercury is in Sag - oh my god - we talk nonstop, it's great

So your comments guys make me excited now, I hope it will be like you say: excitement! I relally do because I like the guy!

Thank you

Vintry...if u had all trines and sextiles, i am guaranteeing you it wud be boring as hell. u guys will sit all day and just nod your heads in agreement. (not too exciting is it?)

its good to hv oppositions. my view is tht they r better than squares. more attraction. they add the spice to the relationship. and better planets like moon, merc, venus in opposition than hving a mars sq pluto, believe me.

Vintry, i read an article tht opened my eyes on this issue.

u see, wht makes good friends is totally different from what makes good lovers. with friends, usually trines and sextiles put us in our comfort zone. but with lovers, the lure is a little different. the chemistry is different.

i'll try to find tht article for you.

InLoveWithLife,

spot on with friends and lovers bit. I've got all these trines and sextiles with one guy but we're just friends and I like it that way, we're really good friends. But sometimes I think about it.. why is there no attraction with all these great aspects?? Maybe you sort of answered this question, to some extent at least. Thanks

And will be great if you can find that article, sounds interesting.
