I got a marriage proposal when transiting Saturn hit my DSC. In my natal chart, Saturn rules ASC and is placed in the 7th house as well.
When it comes to Saturn in the 7th, get prepared to either commit or break up, there will be no messing around anymore.

P.S;. My aunt widowed when Saturn moved on her DSC

A lot of my old friendships that were holding me back ended and some new ones started. I started seeing people in my life for how they really were instead of how I idealized them, a disillusioning time but necessary. I started one relationship that was the hardest one in my life, but the most transforming, it lasted a year.

Neon Artemis, is your natal Saturn somehow related to the 11th house?

I have TrSaturn going through my 7th house and yes Peri I agree on what you said about being prepared to either comit or breakup, it makes you do that. I have learned alot about relationships and ppl and this has helped me to know exactly what I want from my relationships and no longer am I willing to compromise. I think its kinda of like those things or ppl that you no longer need will fall by the waste side and you will move on to better things..

Thanks Peri, Neon and Mama.

I really appreciate your hearing about your experiences. Saturn will be conjunct my descendant from Sept this year. Not a transit i'm looking forward to really but I guess i'll survive.

Thanks again

Peri,

Yeah, it could be related since Venus rules my 11th house (libra cusp). The 7th house can be relationships of all kinds including close friends. I consider the 11th more to be casual friends whom you might share a lot in common with (large scale goals) but not be that close too. I also got laid off from my web design job which was a big catalyst getting me on the road I am right now artistically.

It was also conjuncting my sun + jupiter in the 7th, squaring my moon, and I was going through a t pluto in the 1st opp at the time. Man, those were tough years in retrospect.

Yeah, I had this transit and it also conjuncted my sun. I met the person I'm with now during this transit but at the time it was really no picnic.

I had this transit until recently. I ended a fourteen year long relationship. (My natal Saturn, moon and Venus are in my seventh house.)

It was good, though...like the ache your body gets when you start working out a lot. A healthy kind of pain. The astrologer Ann Ortolee is always saying, "Do your Saturn," and I feel like any Saturn transit has great potential for personal growth.

Well with Pluto in the mix, I went into my underworld, that's not always fun, but you return transformed.

tSaturn just moved out of my 7th house - the period it was in there was a total drama (and i'm not even a courter of it).
I checked tSaturn for my other and it was in the 5th.
I don't want to get back there again. Especially with algol in the 5th. It's true I learnt alot from relationships.

OH MY GOD! Dont remind me lol. My bf has this...this makes me wanna shoot myself...from say August last ear to about December we have been in WW3 with him being a selfish jerk and going through breakups get togethers figths etc...when it retrograded this January things cooled off. THey have been relatively calm for now. But Saturn will hit his DC in July. I do not wanna know...ugh

God thats me...its transiting my 11th and I go crazy on my friends...they annoy me, **** me off. I suddenly feel my friendships are shallow and empty and wow...i am so scared my bf thinks that of our relationship. Most through Spet-Jan i was sure we will break up, but now it seems normal again. Im just scared its only cuz of the retrograde and not cuz he is serious. He is a Capricorn moon so Saturn should have extra significance. Also Capricorn mars. With natal Saturn conj MC

I guess it's be a good transit, albeit on the difficult side. I have my natal venus square uranus which I will have to come to terms with. Plus the fact that my natal Saturn is in my 4th house which doesn't give me a good first hand impression of marriage although having my Sun, Pluto and Mars in my 7th house makes me want to be married more than anything.

So I guess i'll get some sorting out. I would like to meet someone to be honest. Hopefully I'll find the right person although 2 1/2 years is a long time to wait.

Thanks everyone.
