Hello Everyone!
I am brand new to this site and was hoping that someone might have an insight into a Gemini/Scorpio relationship. I have aways been interested in Astrology but I really don't understand that much about it. A very good friend who is Wiccan suggested this site to me and said that I would find people with the wisdom to explain in greater detail what I may find in this relationship. I noticed that many people have had questions about Scorpios and I have read all the post pertaining to them. However, I did not see any posts relating to the Geminin/Scorpio aspects.Let me give a little background as to my particular scenario...
Two months ago, I began dating a Scorpio man who has been a very close friend for the past 3 years. During this time, he had made it very obvious that he wanted to take our friendship to the next level. However, when we met, I had recently come out of a longterm relationship that did not go well for me so I was not ready to get back into a realtionship yet. My friend was very aware of what I had gone through as I’d always felt comfortable telling him what is on my mind and vice versa. It took me awhile to get my life back to where I needed it to be and my friend has always been supportive and reassuring through the entire process. Now that I am at a point in my life that I feel that I have something to offer other than emotional baggage, we have begun to test the waters so to speak. We are trying to do this the right way and are moving at a snails pace.
I feel that there is a very deep connection between us. Not to sound cheesy but it seems like I have been waiting my entire life for this man. When I am around him, he has a calming effect on me, any stress I may have been feeling prior to his arrival immediatly drains away and I am left with a feeling of complete content. I know that he cares for me deeply as that we have discussed our feelings for each other. But I also know that he has been hurt deeply in the past so he is hesitant to trust anyone with his heart and he has good reason. He has asked me to be patient with him and stated that he might be slow in his approach to this relationship but it will be worth it in the end. Unfortunantly patience is not one of my better virtues and this has caused some points of contention between us.
I would be grateful for any advise or insight that anyone is willing to offer. Especially since I have been told that Gemini and Scorpio do not mix. Here is what I know of our birth information:
