I have been unable to find an adequate answer to this question, and I am hoping someone here might be able to help me...Is the dispositor the planetary ruler of the sign a planet is in or the planetary ruler of the sign ruling the house the planet is in? For exmaple, my Pluto is in Libra in the 9th house, but Virgo is the ruler of that house. So, would the dispositor of Pluto be Venus or Mercury? I am not quite certain what it is supposed to do (some sites gave me a basic idea), but I figured that I would work on the "what it actually is" before the "what is does" part... Baby steps...  ------------------

What if theres another dispositor for venus, would the dispositor of pluto still be venus or the dispositor of venus?------------------
