Mercury turns retrograde June 15th at 11° Cancer
Mercury turns direct July 9th to 2° Cancer

(Emotional connection with our self and honesty with the emotional realm)

With Mercury moving into the sign of Cancer on May 28th, our thoughts and concepts shift to address our emotional connection and our emotional realm. Mercury hits 2 Cancer on May 31st, simultaneously with the Blue Moon (second full moon in the month of May). That signals the beginning of events that will be the subject of this mercury retrograde. Situations will begin to veer into a direction that seems to be fraught with strangeness and illogic. These will be the very situations that will be subject to the changes from Mercury retrograde that begins June 15th and retrogrades to July 9th.

The sign of Cancer rules our emotional world and our emotional connections; to ourselves and to others within our immediate and distant families. Our emotions also provide information about the status of emotional issues, as we perceive so much more than we give credit to once we begin to listen on that intuitive level.

With the water sign of Cancer being the focus during this Mercury retrograde, we will be attending to our emotions and the information that they provide to us about ourselves and our world. We may begin to recognize that we are being pulled into new directions as our emotions tug at our heart and we have to follow. Our home environment is the realm that we let our emotions reside and this provides us the ability to see our true feelings mirrored in our home environment. Many people will change their home and family situations at this time and they will listen to their emotions tug at their heart. The shift of emotional connections will change during this Mercury retrograde and this will provide the second course correction to the year.

To see the area of your life that will become the backdrop and the stage for addressing these issues, look to where Cancer is found within your birth chart. Your sensitivity and issues of home and family becomes the spotlight that shines on the real issues to be addressed during this Mercury retrograde which begins June 15th. There is only ten degrees in this Mercury retrograde, where there is usually 17 or so. This specific focus will really prompt us to deal with specific issues. The house placement of this Mercury retrograde will delineate the area that we will address our emotional security and our sensitivity issues. Our home and family issues will be a natural part of the Cancer focus and this time frame will determine our next series of changes that come into our life.

I have made some HUGE decisions now that will be acted upon during this Merc Retro so I'm curious to see what happens. This will be retro in my 1st house and then goes direct close to my ASC (3*away).
I'm still falling down the Rabbit Hole but things aren't so dark as they've been the past couple of months. I dare say that the 'worst' of my leap of faith is now over (but i'm not quite over the chasm yet). I may be just imagining things, but I think I'm starting to see some light in here!

Interesting that Merc Retro will be hangin with the Sun in Cancer too. They'll be meeting up for a spot of afternoon tea, or something

i'm looking at two peoples chart and one says cancer in the 6th house. anyone know what that means?
and the other says descendant in cancer and i have no idea what that means either.
could anybody help me out ?

Chiron in Cancer in the 10th house

This must be a important time for me.. could anyone explain what this means..

oh and how do we know what house to look in for that link???

As Hexxie put in, i'm falling down that rabbit hole myself! I was in it for a long time, and came out for a couple months, but I'm back there now. I guess that Cancer Moon has me really sensitive these days.
