what are the possible astrological positions, configurations, etc. of people who are physically soft, non-athletic type, dainty?

Off the top of my head, I'd have to say a lot of venus contacts. Maybe some neptune aspects as well. Actually, now that I think about it, I think there'd be a lot of neptune aspects.

Mars and Jupiter would most likely be afflicted, or not prominent in the natal chart.

Lots of Piscean planets - esp. Moon, Venus in Pisces... I've got a Capricorn stellium but despite that quadruple dose of masculine energy, my Piscean Venus squaring Neptune on my AC make me a very girly girl, as my friends attest to.

Oh wait... I just realized you asked more about the physical appearance (i.e. what one is born with) rather than their tendencies & how they dress, lol, my bad..

I still think Pisces would make one dainty. I'd say Cancer planets (again Moon, Venus) might make one soft too, but it depends if they have Jupiter in expansive signs - that might add on the pounds.

I'm not a girly girl. but physically I am 5' 4" and have been slim my whole life despite having Taurus rising and Sun in Libra which typically is described as over indulging in sweet food too much - I actually don't have much of a sweet tooth TBH. I have very small wrists and hands also and can get gig wristbands on and off very easily without breaking them
*edit - I also have Cancer moon
My daughter is Sag, and though slim she has a very solid, athletic build and is already at 15, two inches taller then me and very strong!

How about Venus rising??? I know this girl who is very dainty...she is a Capricorn rising, venus in capricorn conjunct Neptune! She is too sweet. She has even said she doesn't like being all dainty looking and sweet because inside she is 'tough' hehehe...I guess thats her Scorpio sun talking!

My boyfriend has a pisces moon and is far from dainty. Same goes for my sister who has a Pisces sun and venus. Perhaps its the scorpio influence in both of them that gives them strength?*shrugs*

When I;m at a normal weight for my height (5'4") I actually look dainty with my small wrists and...well...small bones in general. But actionwise, I'm not dainty. Good thing I have a Cap Asc and a 10th house pluto though, otherwise people would not take me seriously when I want them to back off.

My friend is 5'4" and 103 pounds. Very narrow frame, narrow shoulders and hips, hardly any muscle mass. She is a Scorpio with Gemini rising.

me too...i'm 5'2.5" and i have moon in pisces and a libran ascendant...most ppl think im really delicate...i do look it...but i guess since i'm an aries(i also have sun trine mars) i like working out, have been trained in kick boxing fr around 3 months...i would like to play tennis and have tried but need to make my wrists a lil stronger before i can start again..

I'm 5'4", weighed 103 in 5th grade?!? I'm not small boned. I'm stocky and muscular with broad shoulders. If I get under 145 pounds people tell me I look anorexic, yet I have small feet (size 6.5).

Scorpio stellium with Venus conjunct Asc within 1 degree orb and Pisces Moon.

I know a taurus with a pisces moon and venus rising, and she is not dainty in my book. She has beautiful hair, but likes to cut it short like a boy. Let me tell you, her face cannot handle such a harsh cut, her features are not delicate to say the least. She has some neptune contacts too if I remember correctly.

I would think someone with an abundance of pisces in personal planets would make one dainty, say a Pisces sun, venus and mercury, with a water moon.

There is a thread on astro.com titled "most feminine sign" and the top two candidates were Pisces and Cancer when I last checked.

I can't believe none of you have said VIRGO! Every virgo, or virgo riser that I have EVER met, has been dainty!

Some were feeble, but some were just very delicate and refined looking. Even my OH, who is a big lumpy Taurus, is very light on his feet - perhaps due to his virgo rising?!

Agree with capricorn and pisces - although pisces can be quite cuddly and cap's, although often petite, can look quite tough.

I don't think a Pisces MOON would make a person dainty. I don't think a Moon would factor in much in how you look.

Even tall female Pisces tend to look dainty.

I'm very petite and dainty - 5'2", with tiny wrists, hands and fingers. It's a miracle when I can find a pair of gloves that fit me the way they're supposed to... and hats can be a nightmare for me because my head is too small for most hats I try on!

I'm a Taurus with Sag rising (aren't Sags supposed to be slender?), and as for Pisces - that's my Mars placement. My mother is small and so were her parents (her father was a Pisces, and her mother was Aquarius/Pisces cusp. My mother's only Pisces placement is Mercury... hmm oh maybe she has Venus in Pisces as well, actually). I have no Virgo placements!

overall, i'm pretty dainty, i tend to eat small portions, my voice is flat (virgo rising thing) i'm 5'4, i'm a size 4 american (sometimes 2 - which i'm proud of), i wouldn't call myself skinny though, on the weight side i'm more voluptuous 'cause o' the way my body's proportioned.

what if your moon is involved in a T square, how does that effect the way you look?

T-square Moon (the moon is my center planet) with either mars/sun or mars/venus 'cant remember. i'll get back to you on that.
