whats the house, or the houses, in the natal chart that relate to how physically strong you are?(planets, i think mars?) ------------------

As posted in the other thread Neptune, my daughter is Sag sun and very strong physically.
I am strong when I make up my mind I want to shift some furniture or carry copious amounts of luggage through the airport

i'm sagittarius sun, and i'm certainly not physically strong, i think a lot of it has to do with other factors though, not just the solar sign, for example what house is your daughters sun in? and does she have it conjunct, say her mars? IP: Logged |

I'd have to say that in my experience, its Taurus rising. My mother has this and can do back-breaking work like no other. She's very sturdy at 5'5". She has a virgo sun and aqua moon in case you were wondering.*edited to add*I'd say my bf's the same way at 5'10"-ish. He's a scorpio sun/pisces moon/ with Asc in either Cap or Aquarius. I'm not saying he's like Rambo or Rocky but he can definitely do alot of back-breaking things like my mom. Also, I've got mars in aries and love doing contact sports (mainly soccer) despite being only 5'4" and presently slightly overweight (like 150 lbs). My sister is a Pisces sun/gemini mooner that has a scorpio rising with pluto in the 1st and mars in gemini and likes to play soccer as well. But she isn't exactly the strongest person either. She isn't even stronger than I am and she's taller than me by almost 2 inches. She's more slender than I am as well  .

I would think the 1st and 6th houses would relate to how "physically" strong you are.
1st being overall appearance/physical condition..
6th being related to health matters. Like a Sun in the 6th could be someone who's very physically robust and healthy.
I've also heard any house where Mars is placed, indicates a particular "strength" in that area of the body.
I've known dancers with Mars in the 12th house. Body builders with Mars in the 1st/6th. Outstanding bench pressers/weight lifters with Mars in the 3rd. Obvious athletes ...esp. runners with Mars in the 5th (heart) Idk about the 2nd house. I've got Mars in the 2nd and I'm very strong. I'm known for my physical strength and strong "muscular" build. ------------------

hmm, i don't know....My Aries sun & rising (gemini mars) friend, Misty, is naturally EXTREMELY strong. She has never lifted weights and she doesnt play sports. I mean her muscles are HUGE!
and it's not anything she inherited, i'm sure of that. Could be her Sun 1st house?IP: Logged |

i can't even do close to the required amount of exercise drills in phys ed class, i'm just like a f'ing sponge, no really i think i am a sponge, moon/pisces/6th, what does vertex in 6th do to my strength though?------------------

I looked at my brothers charts...they are STRONG guys. One is only 5'6" but unbelievably strong...both have Mars in the 8th house...and Moon in the 6th.IP: Logged |

i have mars in cancer (8th) and moon in taurus (6th). I thought people with moon in the 6th are prone to illness? Im very weak.------------------

they are prone to illness, when it comes down to worrying, and upset emotions, then it can have a detrimental effect on the health. ------------------

I'd think Moon in the 6th is considered by some as "more prone to illness" because it's almost as if these people's emotional state is directly tied to their physical wellbeing.I have a friend with 7 planets in the 6th house (including the Moon). She's extremely health conscious and only eats healthy food. She appears to be in tip-top shape, strong, healthy, etc. But her health is directly related to her emotions. If she gets too worked up and stressed for too long, she gets sick and catches cold/viruses far easier (weakened immune system).
I think the 6th is more related to being in good health than being physically strong.
Someone can have Mars conjunct AC and Sun in Aries...8th house conjunct Jupiter/Pluto! But I've noticed that if they have a 6th house Moon, their immune system is sensitive. Not weak, just sensitive to the emotions. That's all
Generally, I think that's more of a AC, 1st, 2nd house thing plus the Sun and Mars by sign, house, and aspect. ------------------

Hmmmm... see I am still trying to figure out the actual topic and position of the thread. Are we talking about strength as is strength in appearence? (i.e. Strong looking, and physically toned) or strength in general (as in is the person just physically strong and fit.)If we are talking about a more physically impressive look, Guys and Gals with Leo risings and Suns usually have that area covered IMO. These ppl are usually tall and quite "godly" built Lol! Just look no further than Achillies in Troy LOL! He seems like the perfect example of what a Leo rising is built like:  Hate to brag but its one of the main reasons why I love my Leo rising so much . Would love to show examples but... I think it's meant as strength in regards to physical strength. Not appearance, someone can look strong but not be. Actual body strength...------------------

You may be on to something...
I don't have a sixth house moon but I do have a virgo moon and when I'm in a really bad situation, I literally worry myself sick (Nausea; and that's really as far into detail I'll go..LOL).
I honestly think the most impressive risings I've ever seen are Taurus risings...and I'm talking in terms of actual physical strength. If my bf turns out to be a cap rising like me then I'd say we're the second best  . (just kidding)
