I'd interpret it as...
--he'd love her career. Perhaps he'd find her ambitions very attractive.
--she'd feel like he brings beauty to her career. Perhaps he makes her more social and gracious in her career or he makes her more interested in the arts as a career.

I've also read that MC-planet conjunctions can result in the MC person putting the planet person on a pedestal. So maybe she idealizes his love nature.
