I just realized, my middle brother has been born only two days after this actor, and their Ascendants are even widely conjunct (3°).
But my feelings are quite different for those two; but only two days born apart, I feared to look at the synastry, because I really don`t want to find all those lovey-dovey-passionate aspects with my own brother, as you all can understand I think.
But I gave it a look, and I was surprised, what I found.
Even though they are only 2 days apart and there are some similiar aspects, there are also very significant differences.The actor`s Sun is conjunct my Antivertex (1,5), conjunct my Sun-Moon-mp (1,5), opposite my Eros (2) and sextile my dr Amor (1).
Now for my brother, his Sun has only moved 2° forwards, but there`s no conjunction to Antivertex,Sun-Moon-mp; no opposition to Eros (those aspects would be 4 wide), no sextile to my dr Amor.
Instead his Sun is sextile my Valentine (2,5 - probably a bit too wide for a sextile), conjunct my PoF (3), square my dr Venus (1) and sextile my dr AC (2) - still nice aspects, but I`m quite relieved, the fated, erotic quality is lacking here. 
Also, my brother`s moon is in the same sign as the actor`s, but in the end of the sign. Actually my brother`s moon has more aspects to my horoscope.
The actor`s Moon is conjunct my Uranus (1) and exactly trine my dr jupiter (0)
My brother`s Moon is conjunct my Valentine (1), sextile my PoF (0), trine my dr Neptune (1), sextile my dr Pluto (1), trine my dr AC (1) and square my dr PoM (0).
Well, it is explainable that I`m so in tune to his emotional nature; my middle brother has got the Downsyndrome, and has always needed special attention, caring and nurturing, on the other hand he gives us so much emotionally, it`s unbelievable!
But still, see the differences.
Also, the actor`s Moon triggers so many of my asteroids, Egyptian and celtic, and connects this to the nodal axis. All this is gone in the synastry with my brother.
Some venus-aspects stay the same:
Venus square Neptune, Venus square Node, but in the case with the actor those are exact, whereas with my brother those are about 2°.
Also, with the actor I share Venus sextile Isis / Osiris and Venus sextile my PoM; all those aspects have gone out of orb with my brother (about 4° each).
The actor`s Mars conjuncts my Venus by 3 degree; this aspect has gone out of orb with my brother, too.
The Mars sextile Jupiter and Mars square Pluto stay; but the importance is reversed.
with the actor I have an exact Mars-Pluto-square, while with my bro the Mars-Jupiter-sextile is exact.
Also, the mars conjunct Isis / Osiris is way tighter with the actor.
And now, Karma; I wouldn`t have thought that it would make a difference; there is just one degree difference, but
the actor`s Karma sextiles my Moon with 1,5, whereas this aspect is almost out of orb with my brother 82,5).
The karma-Karma-opposition I share with the actor, is indeed out of orb with my bro 83,5)
Both ASCīs are triggered; the actor`s AC has a conjunction to my Psyche, while my bro`s AC conjuncts my Moon.
The Nadir-aspects are also different, too.
With the Actor I share:
His Nadir conjunct my Karma (2)
His Nadir sextile my dr Sun 82)
His Nadir conjuncts my dr Psyche (0)
with my brother it`s:
His Nadir square my Jupiter (1,5)
His Nadir conjuncts my SN (2,5)
His Nadir conjuncts my dr Psyche (1,5)
Well, it`s still strong synastry with my brother, as I already expected, but it`s different synastry, with only 2 days difference in being born!
For me this is a definite proof that IQ is right in tightening the orbs.
