I just seen a thread on astro forum asking about this particular meaning-they said:

"It represents the perfect partner, as a blending of the opposites between the ascendant and the descendant. This might be a romantic or a business partnership."

"the descendent represents how you face your limits with other people, it is basically what you seek in relationships in order to complete your sense of identity: therefore if you are done in a certain way you will tend to attract partner that seem to fulfill some lacks or make you confront with issues you might not be aware of. "

That the area on which our ruler planet of the 7th house sign,may tell more about what needed to face.

So i looked at our sinastry:

His DC is on Cap ( ruller planet is saturn in Libra, that its on his 4th house,trining his moon/union, and conjunct his pluto and cupid.Skuares his asc and sextiles neptune)

My DC is in Aries (ruller planet is mars that its on my 11th house in Leo;trining my jup and uranus;conjuncting my Valentine and Karma,and sextiling my Asc).

When looking into what a synastry chart means to us in real life, it is good to look at the whole chart.
When your partners saturn falls on your first house, you could experience that he first and foremost brings a very heavy kind of seriousness into your consciousness. Your DC in aries will perhaps feel you dont have time or interest in dealing with things that seems bigger than your DC way of and your mars 11th house way of going your own ways with little patience..
Your mars in his first house would perhaps make him feel that when he is with you then its action time and that you create a strong passionate energy together.

But ofcourse, it would be better to look at your whole natal chart.

Yes, ive been looking at our sinastry for a longtime and closely hihih ( a whole thread about it :P) - i just noticed this on astro and as this particular theories arent in LL, i decided to ask!

Well,indeed he´s my Saturn guy and i usually learn a lot with him and his mature way of being in life. Sometimes i see how childish i can be when im with him and so he reasonably tries to push me forward in my actions.

I have my DC in Aries too...21st degree. I wonder how this would represent my perfect love...being that he's a Virgo with no fire in his chart!

Were there any definitions of that given on the site that you found that on?

It doesn't necessarily mean sun sign, does it?

well there they say a lot of things and many times oposited opinions so i never know what are the most acurate ones :P

Yeah, my bf also hasnt got any aries hihih so there are many other factors of us loving each other and personally i like it when its not a vulgar and usual placement that dictates that

I wanted to know if this theory had some acuracy but with us didnt worked hihi - in that forum they said our aries dc is the worst for women and my bfs dc were the bad ones for men hihihih - i really would like to know why cause i do want to amrry and he to.

I heard Desc can shows how you act in a relationship.
So for example, you have Aries on Desc, which can mean you are very active,always exploring new fields in a relitonship and you may like be the one is in control.
While your bf. with his Capricorn Desc become responsible, serious and someone who can see clear.

The ruller planet of my Asc (venus) semisextile his Venus,skuare his mars,Q his jup,sextiles Saturn,skuares uranus,trines neptune,sextiles pluto,skuares kiron,oposes union,sextiles Aura,trines Saphro,semisextiles Asc.
Trines his 6th house ruller, and sextiles his 12th house ruller.
It conjuncts his Part of Destiny

His ruller planet of DC ( saturn) aspects my sun,kikunkx my moon,Q my mars,sextiles my uranus,conjuncts pluto,trines NN,Q Valentine,skuares Angel.
It also conjunstc my Part of Destiny

did you meant the ruller signs aspects or the ruller planets of those signs aspecting?
If it were the ruller signs aspecting found this:

His DC sign (28 cap) oposes my Union(1º);skuares my Pluto(1)trines my Part LOve(1),trines my Prt Fate(1),

My Asc sign (5libra), SEXTILES his sun(0),conjunct wide his POM(5), SKUARES his isis/osiris(1), his NN(3), his Marriage of Man(3)

I only liked one once but after it was so boring. He had emotional issues and he was a lone..

I always attract the women like flies on honey in my life.

My DESC is Capricorn and I on't usually get attracted to the men.

hes not a Cap - and he difinatelly is not boring at all or cold~!
I yet havent clued about our owl DC thing CAUSE like VenusInLeo said, have to look at the all chart.
But the fact he has DC in Cap might make him serious and comiited in relationships (which in fact its true and i like it a lot,cause im a vIrgo :P)

Hmmmm....My Desc ruler(Jupiter) conjuncts his Desc. Ruler(Saturn).I know these are both slow-moving planets,but everyones Descendants are differant because of their birth time,so I still think it's important that they are conjunct.I probably have Jupiter conj Saturn w/ a lot of people,but not everyone has those as their Desc. Rulers.
My Desc. Ruler is in his 3rd house(hence all the phone calls,emails,texts,etc...COMMUNICATION!!)His Dsec. Ruler is in my 4th house(I DO want to make a "home" with him!)
