Hi all!!

I was wondering about the astrology of friendship?? What planets/signs/houses am I looking for in my friends chart that would signify a good friendship??

I noticed that although I'm a gemini sun, leo asc, libra moon, my friends are very often scorpio ascendant.......or have some scorpio link that links them all. Is this common?? Or am I just weirdly attracted to any people with scorpio in their charts?? LOL!! i also have lots of virgo in my chart as well.......

Hi ^_^ since you have Leo ascendant, I suppose you might have your IC in Scorpio? When other people's planets or AC/DC/IC/MC falls into our 4th house, that person can give us a familiar feeling, a home feeling. ^_^

But for the ideal friendship, maybe you can look at the ruler sign of your 11th house (house of friendship and humanity).. for example, I have Cancer 11th house, and I tend to attract Cancers as friends lol.. But I tend to attract water signs as my DC is in Pisces.. ^_^

Aha!! That makes a lot of sense. I do indeed have scorpio on the IC........ My eleventh house is gemini hmmm.

I have noticed a pattern in sun/venus signs. For example my sun is in Aquarius and my friends sun is in capricorn. My venus is in capricorn and her venus is in aquarius. Also the moon....I am a cancer moon and enjoy cancer friends.

My Sun's Aries, and I attract a fair few friends with Venus in Aries - male and female.

Comica, good points about the 11th! My 11th is in Aries.
