That sometimes happens to me too. I think it's normal in the sense that when we feel bad, or when things in our life are not going well we think itīs unfair and thatīs why we want others to feel it too. Unfortunetly it'll always be unfair, so you have to try and be happy with what you have. It might be good though if you could talk to someone, like a therapist.
But, you're not the only one that feels this way. I hope you feel better!
