What would be the effects of this? Great synastry and almost NO positive aspects for the composite.

I'm guessing heavy karma...but how would this most likely play out?

You'd get along, but the relationship would be effected by negative outside forces?

A little confused on how these two things work together.

Anyone have personal experience with this or with couples you know or have worked with?

My guess would be that they work together well independently, but the overall energy of the relationship and the pairing of them together would be hard to deal with.
