I have noted that I am a little more sensitive to the environment than my asc in Taurus would suggest.I allso noticed how drawn I am to people with major Sun-moon or Sun-pluto aspects.

I say this because I have met people with their sun conjuct a planet that rules another sign and they seem to exhibit exactly those characteristics of that sign.
ie Sun in cancer conjuct mars in cancer would have a very Aries-like personality and Sun in Virgo conjunct Mercury in Virgo would have a Gemini/Virgo like personality.

maybe youre attracted to Sun-Pluto/ Sun-Moon types for other reasons, maybe it just seems like that. With Taurus rising, you have a Scorpio Descendant(7th house), so be attracted to pluto/water sign types would seem natural. Depth, and emotional charged people attract you.

Its not as black and white as it seems, have to look at different aspects.

I have the same aspect - Sun conjunct Neptune and I feel its impact on me very strongly. Although I am Capricorn, at times (very often)I feel like Pisces. For example, I lack direction in life, don't have a life plan like other people, like to escape reality and do that by dreaming a lot. I think it's such a typical thing for Sun-Neptune conjunction people.

And yes, whatever planet conjuncts our Sun gives us its qualities associated with a certain star sign like you said. So I would rather have Sun conjunct Mars than Neptune = more assertive and action-oriented. Only dreaming :)

For example:
I have Mars conjunct my ASC in Sagittarius, and while I do have many Sagittarian-traits, I also have a very dreamy, quiet, sometimes chaotic, sensitive side, which I wouldn`t apply to Sagittarius (well, the chaos maybe ).
But this Mars conjunct my ASC from the 12th house AND Neptune is conjunct Mars and ASC AND the ruler of those Saggi-planets, Jupiter, is in Pisces.
So, I guess Pisces mixes with Sagittarius in my case. So, what you wrote made much sense to me.

Also, I once read in a book, that Neptune and Pluto are complimentary energies like Sun / Moon, Venus / Mars or Jupiter / Saturn. So, it could explain why Neptunian-people are often drawn to Plutonic-people.
And the Moon has a natural affinity to Neptune, too, since both are so soft planets (their ruled signs, Pisces and Cancer, are also natural trines).

However, I also agree, you have to look at the whole chart. And the DSC in SCorpio would make people with Pluto-influence very appealing to you. I would put the main emphasis here, and see the Sun-connections as an added influence, I think.
