Hello! I am a newbie to the boards. I have been really into astrology over the past few years. I feel the man I am seeing now is my soulmate. I feel very drawn to him. Some of our synastry aspects are:
my juno conjunct his juno is sag.
my venus in sag. conjunct his juno.
His vertex in gemini conjunct my moon.
my sun conjunct his moon in capricorn.
my venus in sag. conjunt his juno.
my ascendant in libra conjunct his pluto and north node.
Are sun/moon midpoints square each other mine in pisces his in sagittarius.
my venus conjunct his sun/moon midpoint.
Are chirons are conjunct with the sign taurus.
His neptune in sag. is conjunct my venus and mercury. My neptune in sag. is conjunct his mercury. My mars in leo is on his midheaven. His moon in capricorn is on my I.C.
His d.o.b is 11/21/1977 and he was born at 5:26 am. My d.o.b. is 12/23/1977 and I was born at 12:02 am.What does anyone think about some of these aspects. PLEASE HELP!!! IP: Logged |

You have extremelly strong and wonderful synastry so you really should not be worried. Why would?
And the other thing I want to tell you is my opinion that evertthing that happend inour lives should happen - so don't worry.
I have juno-juno conjunction synastry with a girl I didn't meet personally yet and even she decided not to write to me more, I feel (thanks to astrology) that she is my destined wife and will come to my life soon. Of course, we have many other strong synastry too.I suggest you to check asteroids synastry too (astro.com) that will for sure giv you more light.
Also, I think you can find some similar aspects in your and your partner's charts that can show who you are for each other too.
And sometimes you can find some very interesting astrological signs in partner's chart that show about you. As a wonderful example: I recently found out that I have asteroid Cillarus just on my ascendant in Scorpio and the girl I find my destined girl has in her natal chart Cillarus in strong conjunction with her Jupiter, ruler of her marriage house (7th) and in conjunction with her Mercury (ruler of her ascendant sign, that represents her) all in 7th house! regards

For some reason, everyone feels we would be great together, (marriage wise) but something is holding him back. Do you feel it is his North Node conjunct my ascendant? In our composite chart we have composite pluto conjunct north node. Also composite ascendant conjunct north node. His sun/moon midpoint is sagittarius, which is our composite sun. and my sun/moon midpoint is pisces, which is our composite moon. Isn't that really weird?IP: Logged |

Aspects can only tell you that much. And you've only posted a few and no orbs. You should start by looking at your birth charts, study them carefully, and then see how the planets fall into each other's houses. Those selected aspects prove absolutely nothing unfortunately, you have to be "a little" more profound and thorough than that  IP: Logged |

Those are not soulmate synastry aspects? I've read clearly in books that they are. I gave birthdates if anyone wants to look up the aspectsIP: Logged |

as Nightjar said, orbs are of big importance to know whether something is an aspect or not and how strong one. Also, regardlees of any synastry, your natal chart shows how is about your marriage and love.
Pluto in synastry shows a depth, intensity, transformation...

maybe it's his own Venus, Uranus conjuction with his own Mars in Leo squaring it, that's "holding him back".IP: Logged |

Hi tmiller,are you sure you've given the right birthday for him? Just had a quick look and with his birthday being 21 Nov 77 he definitely doesnt have a capricorn moon (conjuncting your capricorn sun). if he is born that day, he would seem to have an aries moon. IP: Logged |

It is a question I would like to know the answer too. It is very difficult to distinguish when something leads to marriage, or to important relationship, or one day meeting,or nothing happend regarding love etc.
I will tell you nothing special: Look at Sun/Moon, Son/Moon midpoints, Venus/Mars, Juno, Chiron synasty etc atc... as well as natal charts. In my last email I just wanted to tell that in some cases it is possible to see something very special about someone and us i nour ntal charts.
Also I suggest one to watch transits, that (my opinion) sometimes can show us whether it is THAT time and THAT PERSON or not. I am sorry I can't help you too much because my astrology knowlegde isn't so strong, I just can see some things. The other example to explain what I talk about. Few monts ago I met a nice woman and we felt deep feelings and understanding, and continue to be in email contacts because she lives abroad. My Venus conjuncst her Pluto/Uranus/Part Fortune strong natal conjunction. My Venus is oppposite her Saturn. Her Karma conjuncts my South Node (2 deg orb). Her Psyche trines my Eros and my Psyche squares her Eros, her Aphrodite conjuncts my Psyche etc... She has ascendant just oppposite the ascendant of girl i feel will become my wife. I believe in signs of our destiny, signs of what the universe wants to tell us and it seems astrology can give us a possibility to see some of these signs too. be open to what life brings to you and be brave. Without that nothing has the meanning.

Then couldn't you also have charts for chickens/operas/tv shows/whatever... that don't "demonstrate" that they are the charts for such things? If so, then what is the purpose of a horary chart, or any other chart that could be used for "divining" the "essence" of a time, and/or object?
Wouldn't(shouldn't ?) the "essence" of a chart be defined by the appropriate planetary symbolism defining the subject of the chart you were looking at?
Isn't that the EXACT point of all of those B.S. lists of appropriate "planetary symbolisms" that are found after each planet in book after book after astrology cookbook? IP: Logged |

and for that matter, what's the point of astrology at all, if you can't use it to find the "essence" of anything? So, am I then supposed to rely upon whatever the latest "professional" says when trying to use astrology practically? Isn't that the same as relying on Simon Cowell to tell me what "good music " is?
Where is the line to be drawn?

Hello tmiller,I have seen your Synastry Chart. As you are almost the same age, it is naturally, that you have many conjunctions, between both planets.
First of all, you are good friends (his Mars in your 11.th house).
Your Pluto in 1st house has conjunction with his North Node, what means that you have some Karmic relationship and you could be deep in love.
Your Jupiter in sextile with his Saturn: again Karmic relationship, it can last for long time. Saturn aspects in Synastry mean longer relationships.
You have big trine, what means, both of you give energy to each other.
Both of you have nothing in each 5th and 7th house what is not ideal for marriage. Be glad, there are very few ideal marriages. I don't know you there have to get married or you can just live together? On your place, I would live with him, because your Sun is conjunction with his Moon and that gives harmony and understanding between you two. Good luck,
