Sun in Aquarius

Aaawwwwww! Thank you! Hee!

Here are mine:

Sun in Libra

Moon in Leo

Mercury in Capricorn

Venus in Aries

Mars in Aquarius

Jupiter in Sagittarius

Saturn in Libra

Uranus in Virgo

Neptune in Pisces

Pluto in Virgo

I didn't really think about these TOO much. It's actually a hard question. Each one could have gone so many ways. BUT, it's funny, because no one could ever be born with these placements, not even close. You can't be a Libra Sun with Mercury in Capricorn, let alone all the outer planets

Hmmm...

Sun in Leo
Moon in Scorpio
Gemini rising
Venus in Taurus
Mars in Scorpio or Aries, not sure which I like better
Mercury in Libra
Jupiter in Sagittarius
Saturn I'm tired of and I don't wish it on any sign. Let's just kick that one out of orbit.
Neptune in Pisces
Pluto in ... I dunno. That would be deciding what's the best sign for a whole generation...

Jupiter - Pisces (humanitarian)

Saturn - Aquarius (consistency in humanitarian pursuits)

Uranus - Aquarius (wacky scientist)

Neptune - Taurus (spiritual and realistic)

Pluto - Capricorn (well controlled and managed - power)

:edit: I added my reasons

Is this meant to be a fun thread or was that serious?

Quite misleading infact!

Hey Sattvic,

We're just saying which placements we like.

It has nothing to do with what signs the planets rule or are exalted in,
so its more fun and personal than serious.

I meant to make that clear when I said "my favorites",
so as not to mislead anyone.

But you can look up the "dignities" online,
and see where these planets are traditionally considered well-placed.

And thats a good point.

No, you don't get a prize for guessing whose chart placement is that!

lol @ misleading (and a sad smiley face to boot).. umm.. I don't think it is misleading.
I actually think it's enlightening, but all in good fun like HSC said.
(enlightening in the sense that traditional dignities are not always what people would perceive as 'best' or 'dignified' - from their own perspective, so it's interesting to see what people pick)

I didn't think about people I liked or placements I fell in love it with.. as much as placements I see as *right on* for the energy of those planets.

There are no right or wrong answers when it comes to personal opinion, so it can't mislead.
I do think it's quite biased though. Mine were

PS. Mine change as well. Last year I might've had a different list.

Very interesting thread.
Besides from coralfrequency, why are these your favorite placements? What makes these placements so special?

Yes... but I'd move Mercury to Virgo, so your chart could actually be a real one.

I started to make an entry for this thread, but really a planet can work in any sign. I also think planets can surprise us with how well they work where we tend to think they're not supposed to.

These are interesting.

But I forgot the Ascendant -
granted, not really a planet, but c'mon!

Ascendant Scorpio

Blue Roamer,

Then show us your favorite two or three.

I actually design charts for fun, as a hobby.
I think of it as a form of practice
(kind of like doing "scales" on a piano),
that gently increases my familiarity with the archetypal energies
and how they combine.

I usually start with the Ascendant,
then think where I want the planets,
according to sign, house, and aspects.

I get a lot of Star of David configurations,
but lately I've been using more stelliums.
Its interesting how concentrations of planets, and oppositions,
can produce some of the most incredible, and single-pointedly dedicated people.

I found this chart for JESUS on astrotheme...
Not sure how they figured it,
but, damn, I'm sure somebody AMAZING was born with this chart:
http://www.astrotheme.fr/en/portraits/E5t7TAxeM4Jt.htm

Astrotheme says Feb. 28,
but astro.com says this chart is for the 26th.
I've found several mistakes with Astrotheme charts/dates.

I really like

Sun: Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn
Moon: Libra, Cancer, Aquarius
Asc: Leo (I'm a leo asc myself... But so are most of my friends actually, that's why I like it)

Usually I like anything heavily influenced by scorpio, cappy, aqua, cancer or libra.
