Topic: NAME-ASTEROIDS in synastry - your creativity wanted

I know that not all of you like dealing with asteroids. But I find these intriguing, especially the ones that carry personal names. I have a small question now – maybe some of you like to add their creative interpretational skills on that …? I am puzzled by this synastry-constellation: The boy carries my NAME-ASTEROID (the one that carries my personal name) in his 3rd house (Scorpio), conjunct his Pt. of FASCINATION – and this conjunction is in close OPPOSITION (<1°) to my SATURN cj. HADES (Taurus, 6th house). So: My name coupled with his “fascination” - opposed my own Saturn/Hades. What could that mean? Anybody have some fantasy/idea on that? Just let it all out ;-)!

Your name asteroid conj. his P.O.Fasc. - I think from discussions with IQHunk, in a nutshell, that he would be fascinated by the sound of your name or seeing it written anywhere.Now Saturn conj Hades being opposite - the first thing I would ask you is - what does Hades mean to you? IP: Logged |

Hades ... I'm not sure about it. From its mythologically meaning, it gives an impression of "burning in hell" or so. ;-) Not a very nice, sympathetic feel I get from that.Since it is closely conjunct to my Saturn and in the 6th (close to the DC) I guess it has got something to do with my work-life (work-load) and maybe how I come out with that in public ...? As far as this guy is concerned: We met via the computer first, during our respective work time. IP: Logged |

Oppositions = awareness
Conjunctions = focusSaturn = discipline, responsibility, restrictions and sometimes considered karmic
Hades = (remembering that asteroids influence is largely defined by the mass consioucness – our feelings about them) so you and most people think ‘Hell’ So, IMO, Saturn conjunct Hades in your 6th house indicates to me that you’re overly fond of discipline, responsibility and restrictions in your daily working life, it could be considered your idea of ‘hell’, maybe leading you to seek an outlet i.e. internet chats
This focus of energy opposite his POF/name conjunction, could simply be that your Saturn/Hades led you into the internet chat in which he became ‘aware’ (Oppositions = awareness) of you which leads to his Fascination when he sees your name pop up on-screen; this also being in his 3rd house – Communications – when he sees your name he is captivated and wants to communicate This is just how I see it, hope that helps a bit  *edit - 6th house is daily work and service, public work is more 10th house IP: Logged |

Good question NeptuneLove - I actually couldn't find it on the list at astro.com?
Closest I could find was Haidea 368 - as the name resounds to a similar frequency I imagine you could use that one...alvarella777 - what number did you use? IP: Logged |

u have to be highly creative when applying Asteroids in syanstry.
ur own culture and history would be a good reference point. for Eg.a relationship with girls Kali Conjunct boys Siva in my culture would be heavenly than a Venus -Pluto Hook -up that goes Crap. because Kali is the Divine Beloved and Siva the Lover.oohhhhhh i wanna wannna.

Hmm... not being much of an asteroid person myself, I thought this might be interesting to try.My bf and I's mothers share the same first name, so I looked this up. My OURMOTHERSNAME trines his moon and Chiron and is opposite his Mars.
His OURMOTHERSNAME opposite my Venus, square my Mars, trine my Jupiter and conjunct my Neptune.
Also, my OURMOTHERSNAME conjuncts my sun-moon midpoint. So in interpretation, this asteroid could stand for either his mother or mine I guess? IP: Logged |

CAT71: I tried to find out the HADES-number (actually I thought there was only one asteroid under this name) - but I can't tell you, because I had calculated Hades by a very simple computer-programme and it gives no information on the asteroids-number.How many Hades'ses are tumblin' around, by the way? ;-) IP: Logged |

I guess the rest of us can use Haidea, as it sounds similar to Hades, kind of like using the asteroid Destinn to represent Destiny... it's all about vibration with asteroidsI'm picking up good vibrations...  IP: Logged |

Has anyone an idea how strong can be this synastry: that girl's Name asteorid in my chart conjunction Eros in her natal shart. In fact that conjuncts her exact natal Eros -Uranus conjunction. We met absolutelly 'by chance'. Any ideas about that Eros Uranus conjunction?? There is much wonderful synastry too, as Mars/Venus conjunction and a trine (double)but I am curious about the possible meaning of that synastry. IP: Logged |
