i was reading solarflare's thread and i sort of felt the same way, although probably a lot younger. Its not that i'm actually looking for love, instead i feel more isolated with the people around me, (not my family), i would love to share my time with someone, i have a good mind, but it just seems that i don't think the way people do at my age, and i don't think the way most people around me do. I just feel stuck. i think it has a lot to do with my venus and its combination, (venus conj. juno conj. BML conj. Pfort in sagittarius) its so strong that i don't feel really attracted to anyone of my own race or background, american basically, but i love being who I am, i'm very patriotic, but i just can't seem to fit in anywhere. This is very difficult to talk about. It really hurts because I feel so out of place. But i want to share it just incase anyone is going through anything similar, to let them know, that their not alone. Especially when i have no connection to anyone foreign, How do I deal with this aspect?------------------

You two are Sagittarius/Pisces/Virgo!! That's so cute!  My very best friend is a Leo/Pisces/Virgo - same element Sun! You guys rock!  *ahem* back to topic I'm the same way neptune! I can also relate to how you feel.. I feel much more attracted to women of a different race or ethnical background or country.. they dont have to be a different color lol.. but I will admit to especially being attracted to women with dark, hair dark eyes, and semi dark skin.. believe it or not but they win me over alot easier then a typical blonde hair blue eyes.. I think like all my serious relationships and women I was really attracted to had the dark features ... I think a good looking woman from India could have a pretty big effect on me.. My ex was Latino. I have Jupiter in the Ninth in Taurus... Venus Gemini 10th.. Im actually not sure what indidcates this about me.. IP: Logged |

Welcome to my world... (Venus conj Palla conj Mars all square Uranus 0 d here) At least if nothing else, you're definitely not alone there. I'd been going through excruiating efforts to find someone myself. It seems I have no trouble becoming the best friend for people 10-40 years older than myself (only 22 here) yet I can't talk to anyone my age. I can feel your pain though not really sure what to say. I've traveled a lot myself all over the world and my luck seems to never get better. But maybe we are all doing something wrong? IP: Logged |

My sister is kinda like that where she's not only attracted to people of her own background but also others. I quote her when I say she's "universal",....whatever the heck that means. She doesn't have any sag but her venus (7th house ruler) is in pisces trine Jupiter, her moon is also sextile jupiter.As for me, I can be attracted to people outside my race as long they're not blonde/nordic looking. But for relationships, its important that there is *some* cultural similarities even if we don't come from the same culture. Because to me, if there isn't that sense of being able to relate then there goes the entire relationship. It could be that my 7th house ruler, the moon, is in picky virgo. IP: Logged |

thanks a bunch for understanding guys.jkxx, your only 22, you still have your whole life ahead of you, if that means anything to you, you'll find someone, just like everyone of us will or already have, its just...timing i guess. be patient and get your life together, (not to say you don't), but just focus on who you are and loving yourself, before you learn to love someone else. by the way, i'm going to be 17 in a few months, if you wanted to know. Neptune,Have Venus in Pisces here (chart is at http://s108.photobucket.com/albums/n14/jkxx74/?action=view¤t=mychart.gif for all the planets). Pallas is at 17 Pisces and Juno at 12 Libra. Venus in Pisces does have some of the 'foreigner taste/luck' in common with Venus in Sag from what I can tell though. I took a look at your chart as well - I have a friend with the Sun-Venus conjunction who has admitted that she's in the same situation you described quite a few times.
You have 3 heavy planets in Capricorn (Saturn included) which can really alter the way others see you, especially with aspects to personal planets. Must be pretty interesting with Uranus and Neptune aspecting your AC too!
And being 17 it sounds like you have a lot ahead of you too. Speaking of foreigners, have you had a chance of meeting any yet for impressions? As it is all of my friends and even SO's have been at least from way out of state and they are some amazing people  The only part I'm still missing here is the role Juno and Venus play unless we are seeing repeating aspects coming up. sd, mind if we take a look at your placements as well? Hello Neptune5,As I see, your AC is Virgo that means your IC is in Sagittarius. If that so is, your home (IC) is somewhere in abroad (Sagittarius). Think about it, that you have to move. From the country, you were born. Natasha

it makes me a bit nervous, because i actually plan to have my home here (in the states), but who knows what could happen. (i live in pennsylvania by the way)I actually have my mercury along with my sun & venus in sagittarius in the IC, (with uranus in the 4th to complete the stellium). ------------------
