i would interpret the males t-square as a point of tension in the personality, between his emotional reaction of selfless spiritual brotherhood, and deep seated egoism, that sometimes prevents him acting on those aquarian impulses. The scorpio uranus that this conflict pivots on suggests that his sexuality is often the unknown factor, that leads him to act in ways that even he wasn't expecting. Its possible he is conscious of this conflict (mercury trine moon) so you could try talking to him about it. It depends on how he feels the merc pluto conjuction... this can indicate deep awareness of the self, or it could suggest the opposite, someone who is very much controlled by their subconscious impulses. Talk to him about it, and see how he reacts, then you will know which influence he is under. I don't remember the neptune placing, but if it is adversly aspected, this would also indicate a problem facing the self, often leading to irrational moods with otthers. However, a well placed neptune, especially one integrated with the personal planets, would suggest someone who has harnessed their inner demons, and can use the tensions in the personlity to motivate and energise.
