Can we ever figure out scorpios? Does anyone else notice this. Someone give me some insight to scorpios. I hear that they are very loyal. Anyone a scorpio, dating or married to a scorpio? Give your experiences.

The nickname for Scorpio's should be "Secret Keepers". If you want your secret kept safe, tell it to a Scorpio. Also, Scorpios can be complicated, so don't try to figure them out, that's part of their beauty. There is no such thing as a Sun sign making a person completely loyal. You have to get to know a person first because astrology is not just about the Sun.

For example, there was a post somewhere on this board about how Sagittarius' are fun loving and happy people. Well, my father is a Sagittarius who is far from fun loving, he hates to travel and he's not religious at all. He has Saturn in Gemini exactly opposite his Sun, tightening up all of his Sagittarian qualities. No one would guess he's a Sagittarius, everyone assumes he's a Capricorn, and that's not fair to Capricorns either.

Anyway, I guess I say that to avoid judging a person generally from their Sun Sign.

I wholeheartedly agree with G V. To answer your question, which goes for any person influenced heavily by Scorpio/Pluto, you need to build their trust in order to "know" them...That's how it is for me(scorpio moon conjunct pluto) and my mom(scorpio sun/merc scorpio) excluding our aspects to pluto. But then again..., I may "understand" them because I am one of them... I don't let in people who are dishonest and betray me. Once I feel I can trust you though you're mine forever!

Scorpios are no more difficult to figure out than other signs. Basically, they have a calm exterior and are hellbent on revenge if you betray them. They're usually honest, loyal and protective. They can be remarkably kind, but remember there are some very horrible scorpios. This is the sign of extremes so Scorpios are usually very good or very bad. They are rarely neutral.

A Scorpio is not necessarily 100% faithful. I've known Scorpios who cheat on their spouses and backstab their friends. The entire chart must be taken into account to get a better picture of who they are.

Underneath that calm exterior is a deeply passionate person who, while strong, is very vulnerable and sensitive.

yes, my best friend (when we were teenagers) was a scorpio. we were intensely close but when we stopped being friends i felt afraid of her! she has had an intense life since then, most recently overcame an addiction to cocaine, and REALLY wants to see me. i am sort of scared of all that intensity, but i do miss her! they are complicated!!

another good friend of mine is a scorpio who has MANY planets in scorpio too. he drives me nuts because sometimes he is the greatest guy and we have these amazing talks and stuff, and then about a quarter of the time he will say really rude insensitive, even cruel things and then when i kind of step back puzzled and/or a bit hurt, he tries to tell me it was humour, but it certainly didn't feel that way! so yes, they can sting!

I'm also an Aries and I'm with a Scorpio. ^_^ he's not exactly the typical Scorpio thought (even if he does have some nice Scorpio traits).. he's more his Pisces Moon and Aquarius Ascendant lol.. he's very loyal, selfless and caring.. and I just love his watery Scorpio/Pisces eyes.. ^_^

You get to know scorpios by knowing the scorpio within yourself. Transformation, change, intimate sharing with another. I'm a gemini, and I understand them pretty well, but I had to get to know my most vulnerable, secret parts first.

As a Leo, I find the Scorpio man I am obsessed with very, very hard to figure out, and that's because our motivations in life are so different.

For me, if I love something, I want to go for it!! To me, that is gratification and really living. For him, if he loves something, he gets this Scorpionic satisfaction from depriving himself of it.
