my sun, mercury and mars are all square my moon. but my moon is tightly trined my NN. so it just dawned on me that if i stop resisting my moon (i do, and i think it's my squares and other harsh aspects to my moon), then i will feel more at ease and will fulfil my purpose more easily? does that sound plausible? it seems like such a revelation to me, and it just feels right you know, but i'm wondering if it's too simplistic? any ideas? thanks!IP: Logged |

thanks neon! lucia, my moon is 20 taurus in the 4th house (my NN is 18 virgo in the 8th). does that make a difference? IP: Logged |

Aspects to the NN are basically meaningless unless they are conjunctions. The same goes for all the angles and points. IP: Logged |

hmm, i don't quite understand why that would be and i have never heard that before. could you elaborate? i can see that being true of the angles, but not really the NN, myself, since it is sort of an active little guy and i would think could use the energies of other planets in the natal chart to do its thang.. I'm a bit confused as to how that matter about resisting ur moon is related to the NN - and what's the deal with the NN? anyways, noel tyl says that the moon represents what you NEED the most. it is a mistake to denie yourself what you need te most. yes, it's difficult with all those squares, but squares drive to action. squares make things happen - bc of that nasty feling inside of incompatibility and strife. you should try to find the common ground and the compromise in those squares - as that's drive ur life to bigger and better. Hi there heart cakes Your Moon in Taurus is not only exalted by sign but she is in her own house and angular as well. Your Moon is very powerful in your chart and you should pay close attention to her. With your Snode in the 2nd house which is Taurus' natural house adds even more to the theme of your Moon...you have a sextile to the Snode so you will have many opportunities to use your gifts and resources to share with other people (Nnode in 8th) All aspects to your Nodal axis are very important especially the ones with tighter orbs

oh thanks mystique, that is great! it kind of is a relief to hear that.. i am somehow shy about "being" my moon.. but getting better at it lately. probably exacerbated by the squares (feeling neurotic, tending to become un-grounded when nervous rather than intentionally grounding myself.. well, my uranus is exactly opposed my moon as well, so this is part of it too i'm sure!). but that was so nice to hear and i think i will settle into my moonness a little more easily now! thank you thank you as well, cristiname! i greatly admire noel tyl and i had forgotten he says that. i agree with you on the energy/feeling of the squares too!
