Hey Guys, I don't know if anyone is having problems so far but on Thursday, my car started making this horrible noise and the oil light started coming on and I found out my engine is jacked up! Low oil pressure cannot drive it, ARRGGG!

This really sucks, but I just put a lot of money into it earlier this year to fix it and now this is going cost alot too. I think I am just going to trade it in, but I know major decisions like purchasing a new car is not supposed to be done during a retro, right?

I just don't know if I can wait though, I have to be able to get around, you know?

Anyone else having retro problems? I could use the sympathy

The way my husband and I deal with Mercury retrogrades is we don't fight it. We used to fight every bump that came our way and it make it 1120X worse. We sit back and reflect and do what needs to be done and things are much better.

He's even taken a job promotion during a Mercury retrograde (with alot of introspection and soul searching) that turned out fine.

If you're in that desperate of a situation for a new car, don't fight it - get the new car.

I understand! When it rains, it pours!! I think you'll be okay, though.

I agree with BlueMeenee.

I hardly notice Mercury retrogrades in my life, though I can see them happening in other people's lives.

I'm probably going to have my car worked on Monday, so we'll see how that goes.

I'm not usually affected much by Mercury Rx... But I just took my car in to have a minor repair, then got a phone call from my mechanic. Seems that once he got things taken apart and looked around, my car is in severe need of $3500-worth of surgery. Gah!

We always seem to have computer problems in our house when Merc goes retrograde.

and in britain we have been having a lot of problems with our postal service. You kind of just have to ride it out.

AstralMuse I feel your pain Wouldn't it be lovely when Mercury turns direct and the problem just fixed itself?

Oh!And I am also having a very HARD time not being impulsive! I have been very close to loosing my cool already, and it hasn't happened in awhile...But several times, I have had some harsh things on the tip of my tongue aching to be spoken.

I have held back so far~ I hope I get throught this one with out saying anything horrible..and I hope everybody else does too!

I noticed this mercury Rx cause its right on top of my moon.

Usually I am like AG and don't notice them, but this one is definitely hitting home.

It's definitely best not to fight it, just do the best you can and things will work themselves out.

and oh, also the power went out in our part of town like the night it went Rx for about 9 hours right while i was cooking dinner (and with nothing i couldn't cook to eat!)

fun times.

I'm also having car troubles, to the tune of $800 ): I can't delay getting it fixed, because my tags are due in Novmeber. The irony is, the light had been on for awhile. I had it checked several times i nthe past yea, only to be told it was something minor. When I took it to get it smogged, I was told something different. Oh, well I will survive.

That sucks. My tags are up next month, too, and I have to get a smog as well.

Me too! I went to astro.com but I didn't see where to find out if your mercury is in retrograde.
